Just has to be a real honest to goodness literal wolf or sheep or snake or lion or....... can't be metaphorical for somethin, eh?

16 Behold, I send you forth as sheep in the midst of wolves: be ye therefore wise as serpents, and harmless as doves. Mt 10

Yes. I am. And I'm familiar with Lindsey's idiotic theory that the locusts were men flying AH-1 Cobras.

And in the days of these kings shall the God of heaven set up a kingdom, which shall never be destroyed: and the kingdom shall not be left to other people, but it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand for ever.
Forasmuch as thou sawest that the stone was cut out of the mountain without hands, and that it brake in pieces the iron, the brass, the clay, the silver, and the gold; the great God hath made known to the king what shall come to pass hereafter: and the dream is certain, and the interpretation thereof sure. Daniel 2:44,45

I believe the above underlined is: The Kingdom of God, the kingdom of Christ, the thousand year kingdom.

Luke 19:11,12,13,15 17 And as they heard these things, he added and spake a parable, because he was nigh to Jerusalem, and because they thought that the kingdom of God should immediately appear. He said therefore, A certain nobleman went into a far country to receive for himself a kingdom, and to return. And he called his ten servants, and delivered them ten pounds, and said unto them, Occupy till I come.
And it came to pass, that when he was returned, having received the kingdom, then he commanded these servants to be called unto him, to whom he had given the money, that he might know how much every man had gained by trading. Then came the first, saying, Lord, thy pound hath gained ten pounds. And he said unto him, Well, thou good servant: because thou hast been faithful in a very little, have thou authority over ten cities. --- Rule with me.

And when he had spoken these things, while they beheld, he was taken up; and a cloud received him out of their sight. Acts 1:9 - The Son of Man traveling to a far country?

    Compare:
    Rev 5:10
And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth. ---
shall reign - vi Fut Act 1 Pl

Daniel 7:13,14, I saw in the night visions, and, behold, one like the Son of man came with the clouds of heaven, and came to the Ancient of days, and they brought him near before him. And there was given him dominion, and glory, and a kingdom, that all people, nations, and languages, should serve him: his dominion is an everlasting dominion, which shall not pass away, and his kingdom that which shall not be destroyed.
16 I came near unto one of them that stood by, and asked him the truth of all this. So he told me, and made me know the interpretation of the things.
18 But the saints of the most High shall take the kingdom, and possess the kingdom for ever, even for ever and ever.

Exactly when did the Son of Man return from heaven and give dominion of the kingdom to the saints of the Most High over the kings and kingdoms of the earth?

    Rev 11:15
And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever.
    18
And the nations were angry, and thy wrath is come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that thou shouldest give reward unto thy servants the prophets, and to the saints, and them that fear thy name, small and great; and shouldest destroy them which destroy the earth.

BTW What takes place when the 8th angel sounds his trumpet?

Yeah, and the diet of snakes will be dirt? Why do their jaws come unhinged? Big clods? :D The passage isn't about lions and lambs and snakes.

Let me ask you this, was butter and honey the source of Christ's knowledge?

Isa 7:15 Butter and honey shall he eat, that he may know to refuse the evil, and choose the good.

Bet I could teach you a thing or two. ;)

    It's as much a count as was Christ's 490.

Mat 18:21-22 Then came Peter to him, and said, Lord, how oft shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? till seven times? Jesus saith unto him, I say not unto thee, Until seven times: but, Until seventy times seven.

My point is that despite the boasts one makes of his faith in Scripture, no interpretation of Revelation is strictly literal, as many define literalism,

I see you conveniently passed over the statement of "their years will be as the trees". Care to explain that?

I haven't explained any thing, and I'm not trying to. All I'm doing is pointing out that these verses are metaphors.

There is something diabolical in reestablishing the law. Jesus cannot be the High Priest according to the law. And without the law, what is the point of the Millennium as you think of it?

Jesus is NOT ruling in His absolute sense yet here upon heath, as God is allowing much stuff to go on for now, or do you think Jesus will allow rape/Murser/crime/ etc when He reigns here on Earth?

I believe this to be the beginning of the Millennium.

But every man in his own order: Christ the firstfruits; afterward they that are Christ's at his coming. 1 Cor 15:23

I believe this to be the end of the Millennium, yet not the end of the kingdom of God.

Then cometh the end, when he shall have delivered up the kingdom to God, even the Father; when he shall have put down all rule and all authority and power. For he must reign, till he hath put all enemies under his feet. The last enemy that shall be destroyed is death. For he hath put all things under his feet. But when he saith all things are put under him, it is manifest that he is excepted, which did put all things under him. 1 Cor 15:24-27

What, "ends," at this time? IMHO, The death.

He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil. 1 John 3:8
Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil; Heb 2:14
And (the) death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire. Rev, 20:14,15
