    Interpretation is the key.
annsni's interpretation of alternative facts is correct.
OTH so is your alternative interpretation of alternative facts.

Differing alternative facts can indeed appear paradoxical.

    Talk about a metanarrative.

You've given an alternative fact about alternative facts.

Thank you for the metadata about metanarratives concerning alternative facts.

    Which is the "alternate fact?"

But He said, “You cannot see My face, for no man can see Me and live!”
    [Exodus 3:20]

There will no longer be any curse; and the throne of God and of the Lamb will be in it, and His bond-servants will serve Him; they will see His face, and His name will be on their foreheads [Revelation 22:3-4].

    Neither is the alternative fact.
    Both are truth.

Exodus 3:20 is pre-cross truth before the cross.

Revelation 22 is post-cross truth - after the cross - the veil has been ripped and torn down.
The precious blood of the Lamb sprinkled on the golden altar.
    Our sins propitiated.

We may now enter without fear and behold His glory!

Hebrews 10:19 Having therefore, brethren, boldness to enter into the holiest by the blood of Jesus.

I like 'em shorter like "One Day in the Life of Ivan Denisovich" or longer "The Count of Monte Cristo".

We are not merely "man" but the children/sons of God.
1 John 3:2 Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is.

Alternate fact.....such as the notion that Bruce Jenner is a woman?
Alternate facts like the notion that there are more than 2 genders?

Alternate fact....Satan was just trying to feed and teach Adam and Eve.

I cannot stand it when people play fast and loose with reality.
It is funny that ALL OF A SUDDEN the lefties are talking about 1984, executive over reach and that executive orders are a bad thing. Hmmmm....didn't hear all that for the past 8 years, huh?

Yes, let's generalize that... Is a person born with male genitalia a male (boy/man)? Is it an alternate fact that a boy/man who says he is female is such?

And, is "from the beginning God made them male and female" a fact?...or an alternate fact?

There are hermaphrodite people but that is an abnormality. They have a real choice. Stay the same or choose your external gender.

Gender reassignment like Bruce chose is an act of the will but IMO Bruce will always be Bruce.

The chromosome structure is the biological determination factor. Bruce will always be Bruce.

Can someone with male genitalia have female (XX) chromosomes or someone with female genitalia have a Y chromosome ? Apparently but its rare. Not sure about that situation.

A California orange grower who inherited the farm from his father said on the news media "I have had this farm for 22 years and this year I grew the largest crop EVER in my 22 years. However that some crop was also the smallest crop EVER in my 22 years".

What he said was true. The same crop was simultaneously the largest and the smallest crop that he ever grew.

    Does anyone know why?
No it was not his first crop.

HINT: Several years ago I brought up this paradox.

    Yes!

Because of the climate change that year his oranges were HUGE and he had the largest crop BY WEIGHT EVER.

Consequently because of the huge size the NUMBER of oranges was the SMALLEST he had ever grown.

Remember Ripley's believe it or not? This is a true story, not fake news :)
