God can choose to do anything. He can even choose to not have to choose. Your saying God lacks this omnipotence.

In fact according to you GOD has NO CHOICE but to do things your way.

God demands you not to sin. Being sinless is not a chore.

When you or I sin it is MY and your fault. God provides every means for you not to sin ever again.
