    I love this chapter.:)
I'd like to post most of it and highlight some things that stand out for me:

" He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were [our] faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not.
4 Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted.
5 But he [was] wounded for our transgressions, [he was] bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace [was] upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.
6 All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the Lord hath laid on him the iniquity of us all.
7 He was oppressed, and he was afflicted, yet he opened not his mouth: he is brought as a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shearers is dumb, so he openeth not his mouth.
8 He was taken from prison and from judgment: and who shall declare his generation? for he was cut off out of the land of the living: for the transgression of my people was he stricken.
9 And he made his grave with the wicked, and with the rich in his death; because he had done no violence, neither [was any] deceit in his mouth.
10 Yet it pleased the Lord to bruise him; he hath put [him] to grief: when thou shalt make his soul an offering for sin, he shall see [his] seed, he shall prolong [his] days, and the pleasure of the Lord shall prosper in his hand.
11 He shall see of the travail of his soul, [and] shall be satisfied: by his knowledge shall my righteous servant justify many; for he shall bear their iniquities.
12 Therefore will I divide him [a portion] with the great, and he shall divide the spoil with the strong; because he hath poured out his soul unto death: and he was numbered with the transgressors; and he bare the sin of many, and made intercession for the transgressors."
    ( Isaiah 53:4-12 ).

4-5) He has born someone's griefs, carried their sorrows, was wounded for their transgressions, bruised for their iniquities, had the chastisement of their peace laid upon Him, and they are ( not "will be" ) healed by His stripes ( Colossians 2:13-14 ).
    8) For the transgression of Isaiah's people ( Matthew 1:21, John 10:15 ) was ( Acts of the Apostles 2:23, 1 Peter 1:20 ) He stricken.
    11) He shall justify many, for he shall bear their iniquities. All who are justified have had their iniquities born ( carried, laid on ) by Him. Who is justified ? Answer: Romans 4:23-25, Romans 5:1-11.
    12) He bare ( carried, had laid on Him ) the sins of many, and made intercession for the transgressors.

    Yes, unfortunately sheep wander.
But Christ's sheep ultimately follow Him ( John 10:27 ).
They love Him because He first loved them ( 1 John 4:19 ).

    May God bless you sir.

    I believe so.
It likens God to a potter who can do as he pleases with the clay, and He can do as He pleases with mankind.

You will notice that God does create nations and can do as He pleases with them. Of course you would like to take Jer.18 and make it support your belief. But read a little further.
Jer 18:8 If that nation, against whom I have pronounced, turn from their evil, I will repent of the evil that I thought to do unto them. This is choice
    Jer 18:9 And at what instant I shall speak concerning a nation, and concerning a kingdom, to build and to plant it;
Jer 18:10 If it do evil in my sight, that it obey not my voice, then I will repent of the good, wherewith I said I would benefit them. This is choice

Of course the potter remade the vessel that was mared before he allowed it out of his house. You cannot make scripture say anything different.
You say men have no choice and present scripture that says they have a choice. This is what you get when you don't read the whole chapter.

    Yep read the whole chapter
    You are almost there

Now, therefore, say to the men ofJudah and the inhabitants of Jerusalem: ‘Thus says the LORD, Behold, I am shapingdisaster against you and devising a plan against you. zReturn, every one from his evil way,and aamend your ways and your deeds.’

12 “But they say, b‘That is in vain! We will follow our own plans, and will every one actaccording to cthe stubbornness of his evil heart.’

God, gave them the choice, they chose exactly according to their nature , fallen and evil.
