Because it pleases Him.I haven't been here for a while, but a question came up, and I was a little surprised that I don't have a good answer for it, and I would like your help in obtaining one. Why does God want to use us?
Why does God want to use us? Doesn't it all point to His Only Begotten Son, Jesus Christ? I believe it’s according to His purpose, Romans 8:28, ”And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.”Originally posted by Matticus:

Of course.Yes, it pleases Him, but there is also a further reason. If we look at Jesus' two great commands, they are both to love --first God and then our neighbor.
Also, of course, love has several aspects to it...We were created to love. God is love. We are created in His image. But we cannot love really without Him in us, for HE IS LOVE.
