Rom_12:3 For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith.

    No it doesn't.
The Bible is the word and the preacher preaching it is how we hear. The Holy Spirit then works to bring us to conviction and surrender.

Faith is not born. faith is in the creation of man. faith is a part of man. Man is created with it.
Rom_12:3 For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith.

You must consider the term "every man" to be universal, not to every man Paul was writing to, which would have been Christians.
I take it as the latter, which means that God dealt to every Christian a measure of faith.
I reject a universalist view in this text as I don't see it contextually in Romans 12.

Certainly the Word spoke and the writers wrote. A preacher does not have to preach when people can read. In fact a preacher can speak falsehood and thus be an obstacle to the Kingdom of God. Just look at the Pharisees for evidence.
Does the Holy Spirit work to convict and bring to surrender every single person in the world, universally?

Romans 12:3 does not say such a thing. You are projecting an assumption upon the text and are building a false construct.

Of course it does. Read Paul's letters.

Self evident. You made a claim you can't prove, then dare others to prove it wrong.
