Sinner to Saint, takes time.

Satan is soon to be fully 'bruised'/crushed, which began at Calvary, to end at the end of the day of atonement (Genesis 3:15; Romans 16:20), for sin crushes him (Leviticus 16:21; Ezekiel 28:16, see in Garden of Gethsemane, sins crushing weight).

We must Awake, and if we are still sinning, we are still asleep (Romans 13:11; 1 Corinthians 15:34; Ephesians 5:14), or Jesus case to save us from (not in) our sins (Matthew 1:21; Jude 1:24).

The people of God must be ready before the Decree goes into full effect, or is carried out. The Decree will be known to all, but not carried out into effect until a certain "time". God's people must be ready before that time. Probation closes for the church, first.
