That's a result of the thoroughly discredited and divisive Critical Race Theory.

It was first used in government by AG Eric Holder. Without mentioning the theory , he announced that blacks could never be prosecuted for a "hate crime", only whites.

Trump was impeached due to him not playing by the rules, for daring to go against the Swamp!
And the party of the KKK was the Dems, and we NEVER called trump the messiah, unlike some who called president Obama the "black messiah"

Yes...."was" the party. But Donald Trump IS endorsed by white supremacists. And you claim Republicans never called trump the messiah, but you all pledged your devotion to him?!? That's funny.

Is that like when some saw president Obama as being the "black Messiah?"

The Democrat Party IS the party of racism and social injustice. The KKK was merely a manifestation of this racism. It has not changed.

So would the Republicans. It would be a bi-partisan effort.

Actually, that's a nonsensical question. Jesus would never have run for or accepted a political office.

It used to be. Now, if Klan members belong to a mainstream party, it is the Republican Party.

Alabama Republican celebrates KKK member's birthday as state remembers civil rights hero John Lewis

David Duke, former Ku Klux Klan leader announces plans to run for US Senate in Louisiana - 1/16/2021 (Note, Duke currently identifies as a neo-Nazi, and is definitely still in the white supremacist camp.)

A list of white supremacists (including Klansmen, neo-Nazis, etc.) who ran for office in 2018

I agree, but the premise is that Jesus was somehow President.

Neither Democrats or Republicans would be on board with the agenda of Jesus.

Actually, Robert Byrd was a "Kleagle" and an "Exalted Cyclops" in the Klan, not "Grand Dragon," before he repented. He declared it "the greatest mistake I ever made." Although he filibustered against the 1964 Civil Rights Act, he apparently changed his mind and voted in favor of the 1968 Civil Rights Act.

I have been friends with a Klan member. I have been friends with, and related to, many white supremacists. I am the descendant of a whole line of white supremacists on my father's side. I strongly disagree with white supremacist viewpoints and consistently take a stand against racism and prejudice.

Jesus was a "friend of sinners" (Matthew 11:16-19; Luke 7:31-34) and was condemned for His associations.

I always find it curious when self-identifying Christians attack others on the basis of their good relationships with sinners.

By many counts, he was both Grand Dragon and Exalted Cyclops. For sale of this discussion, we can just say he was a member. Notice in one of my posts I referred to him as Exalted Cyclops. My grand daddy was married to an Indian and was friends with a KKK Grand Dragon.
I don't disagree with you. I know and have known plenty of Klansmen. Went to church with quite a few. My point is that if Trump's best friend and "mentor" was a former leader in the KKK, the left would crucify him. The center would even crucify him. There Is a blatant double standard at work. The left would accept an apology from Byrd a Democrat. You think they would ever accept an apology from a Conservative Republican?

Because of historical circumstances, there are not that many Republicans known to be former members of the KKK. However, David Duke (former Grand Wizard of the KKK and current neo-Nazi) has found more acceptance on the Republican side of the aisle than with Democrats. Yet. the Democrats I know accept the word of Republican national leadership that disavows Duke as not representing their values.

I don't see the double standard you claim.
