Obviously, if it is God's sovereign purpose for a person to die unvaccinated from COVID-19 when taking the vaccine could have saved them from it, then God will see to it that they do not get vaccinated.

So is not taking the vaccine, tempting the LORD your God or is taking the vaccine, tempting the LORD your God?

 

How can a person decide to accept the Absolute Sovereignty of God? If you are consistent in your doctrine, that is a choice they have no ability to make.

 

Not saying either is. Just saying that acknowledging that God is absolutely sovereign is no excuse for doing something or not doing something in and of itself. Acknowledging God's sovereignty doesn't mean that if I want something to eat that I should just pull up a chair and sit at the kitchen table all day waiting for food to appear.

Ehpesians 2:8 teaches being "saved" to be the gift. Three sets of words that are the subject, saved, that, and the gift.

So, why are you criticizing people for not doing what they do not have the ability to do?
