Seeing, then, the children have partaken of flesh and blood, he himself also in like manner did take part of the same, that through (the) death he might destroy him having the power of (the) death -- that is, the devil -- Heb 2:14 YLT

in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, in the last trumpet, for it shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we -- we shall be changed: for it behoveth this corruptible to put on incorruption, and this mortal to put on immortality; and when this corruptible may have put on incorruption, and this mortal may have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the word that hath been written, 'The Death was swallowed up -- to victory; where, O Death, thy sting? where, O Hades, thy victory?' 1 Cor 15:52-55 YLT

Does the underlined above take place in a moment in the twinkling of an eye?

Is, in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, the same as, in swiftness and or, in quickness?

Does the above describe what the following verse states?

Consider Matthew 24:27, "For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be."

The Greek word translated "twinkling" refers to a brief span of time, objectively probably less than a second or two.
Hebrews 2:14 refers to destroying the entity know as the devil.
1 Corinthians 15:52-55 refers to the power of death being swallowed up.
Romans 16:20 refers to affecting Satan in some way (bruise under your feet?)

Attempting to tie all for questions together, we get God will nullify the power of death via our being made immortal in a span of time, impacting Satan in some way. In the case of Satan, his existence will not end, but he will suffer forever and ever.

This verse isn't the rapture but the second coming. Two different events.

You are presenting some events that are loosely tied.

Hebrews 2:14 pertains to the birth and ministry of the Lord 2000 years ago. After the resurrection, the Lord held the keys of both hell and death. Prior to then, the enemy held both (remember Job and the enemy told not to take Job's life?)

1 Corinthians 15:52-55 pertains to the rapture. It takes place (imo) following the last trumpet sound seen in the Revelation, and is described as the reaping of the harvest of the earth, first by Christ and then by another angel. Remember the Lord's parable concerning the reaping and what happens to the wheat and the weeds. Though reaped at the same time, some are bound for two different places. Also, consider that teaching concerning some boasting of accomplishment, but the Lord's response of never knowing them. And also the feast where the one shows up without the proper covering garment, and is cast out. That feast is the bridal feast that takes place following the last trumpet in Revelation.

Then you have the Romans 16:20. In my opinion, the bruising has taken place, but the crushing is yet to happen. It shall happen when all evil is cast into the lake of fire, there is not even judgment needed for such an enemy as that Serpent.

    Hope that helps.

Others may very well have their own views concerning my rendering of the passages, and I leave it up to them to discern for their own peace.

    There are two.

One is as a thief in the night we refer to as the rapture.
The other every eye shall see him we refer to as the second coming.

The church is not appointed to the days of wrath and will be raptured.

The wrath of God is poured out of bowls. The bowls being poured out is after the last trumpet and after the reaping, we call the rapture.

While the saints rejoice, the world is in turmoil.

You confused the wrath of God with the rapture. 1 Thessalonians 5:3-4.

No, i’m declaring that the church does not go through the wrath of God.

The days of the wrath of God is when the wrath is poured from the bowls.

Prior to the bowls being poured out is the reaping of the ripe harvest of the earth.

That reaping takes place following the last trumpet.

Note: I reread my post and can see where the confusion is found. My apologies.

Did not Paul remark that believers are like sheep lead daily to slaughter?

What would be different for believers in the days of plagues, famine, torture, destruction, then what even in this day is being done to believers?

However, God’s wrath is not poured out on His child or children. Such is reserved until after the harvest, and then the wrath is dumped upon all that remain.

Until then believers are to live for the Lord, and those that are alive at the harvest will be transformed.
