Once again we have a Calvinist claiming the opposite of Calvinism.

1) Was Christ's "atonement" for everyone, or is the atonement "Limited" per Calvinism's published doctrine?

2) To claim Christ's atonement was "sufficient" to redeem everyone, but Christ only paid for the specific sins of the previously chosen elect individuals is nonsense.

The biblical answer to these questions refutes Calvinism's actual doctrines. Christ laid down His life as a ransom for all, those to be saved, and those never to be saved. Calvinism's Penal Substitutionary Atonement (PSA) claims Christ died only for the sins of the previously chosen elect, not everybody.

Will any of the posting Calvinists admit to this truth? Wait and see...

 

1) I attack positions that I believe are unbiblical.
2) God can (and did) harden the hearts of some individuals for His purpose. Judas was not allowed to believe to fulfill the betrayer prophecy.
3) Behold the word of God:
Exodus 7:3
“But I will harden Pharaoh's heart, so that I may multiply My signs and My wonders in the land of Egypt.
Exodus 9:12
But the LORD hardened Pharaoh's heart, and he did not listen to them, just as the LORD had spoken to Moses.
Deuteronomy 2:30
“But Sihon king of Heshbon was not willing for us to pass through his land; for the LORD your God hardened his spirit and made his heart obstinate, in order to hand him over to you, as he is today.
Joshua 11:20
For it was of the LORD to harden their [Hivites living in Gibeon] hearts, to meet Israel in battle in order that he might utterly destroy them, that they might receive no mercy, but that he might destroy them, just as the LORD had commanded Moses.
Romans 11:7
What then? What Israel is seeking, it has not obtained, but those who were chosen obtained it, and the rest were hardened; [none believing Jews)
John 6:65
And He was saying, “For this reason I have told you that no one can come to Me unless it has been granted him from the Father.” [Here Jesus teaches that Judas was not allowed (God hardened his heart) to "come to (believe in) Jesus.]

Thus scripture tells us of 3 individuals and 2 groups that were not allowed to believe in God.
