Are there 100,000 students attending religious colleges and universities?

Given the current state of campuses around the country, I can’t imagine the numbers are accurate.

    peace to you

The schools should not be permitting them!

I don’t think they can legally ask them.

Given, less than 1% are trans. Less than 1 % are lesbian. About 1-3% identify as homosexual…. I find it hard to believe 100,000 of said folks are attempting to go to religious schools and experiencing discrimination. I’d have to see the numbers.

    peace to you

Religious schools may discriminate - if it is part of the doctrine

But not for long. We will be assimilated. Resistance is futile.

Well, I think the progressives intend to push it into the courts. Most entities just capitulate to avoid costly litigation.

Like I said before, it will never be enough because evil is never satisfied.

    peace to you

Lgbtqxyz+ have been attending Biola University for years now. They have established the 'Biola Underground' knowing that if they are 'outed' they risk expulsion. They meet clandestinely in different places and push their 'God is love and inclusive' agenda.

I believe that LGBTQXYZ+ people are suffering from mental illness. There are some that are born with both genitals. I believe there are people who are called to a life a celibacy. Those who are unable to control their same-sex tendencies need to abstain from sex. The scriptures are very clear as to God's position on homosexuality.

To spell it out clearly: Our foundation is the Scriptural truth that God made us male and female in His image—a profound unity with distinction (Genesis 1:27). God established marriage between male and female to fill the earth through procreation (Genesis 1:28). Jesus and the Apostle Paul taught that marriage is the model of God’s relation to humanity, the Church. It is a sacramental type of union by which humans work out their salvation with, and in, God’s grace. It requires a lifetime of commitment joined, blessed, and sustained by God between one man and one woman for the purposes of raising children and bearing the image of Christ’s relationship with the Church (Matthew 19:1-12, Ephesians 5:21-33). Yet, Jesus and Paul also extol, and themselves exemplify, the model of virginity for life and spirituality (2 Corinthians 11:1-2). They establish Christian celibacy as a normal, while less common, vocation of abstinent singleness for the sake of the kingdom (Matthew 19:1-12, 1 Corinthians 7:1-40).

By no means. However, the school has started a 'dialogue' with this group. When I was at Biola (back in '69 & 70') this was a non issue and no 'dialogue' would have been initiated.
