It seems like every church I have visited this year is having its share of troubles. Especially after this Covid epidemic in which the people were encouraged to stay away from the populous. In many cases there are only two or three in service and I look for the place to close down for lack of interest. I went to a church fest/dinner last night which was very well attended. I looked at the pastor and told him that it was encouraging to see such a gathering. The poor man looked at me as if he had been through some terrible trials.

And the king of Israel said unto his servants, Know ye that Ramoth in Gilead is ours, and we be still, and take it not out of the hand of the king of Syria? - 1 Kings 22:3

It is time to for the motivation to retake Ramoth in Gilead!

When churches closed they did several things:
    1. Admitted church is "non essential".
    2. Admitted they value man's law over God's command
    3. They cower to fear.
    4. They lack faith.
    5. They are cowards.
6 The pastors who closed their churches were cowards .

    No wonder they are suffering.

I hope I am not promoting a denomination here. The most important church figure is a saint like senior pastor. With a saint like senior pastor comes the tenacity to remain in the saint like way. Even a Calvinist, though I have no love for John Calvin, if the Christian inherits the tenacity to remain the good Christian, he has inherited a good church.

Also, for lack of true pastors, for lack of members, and for lack of profit.
