Were You There

In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. Gen 1:1
And Jehovah answereth Job out of the whirlwind, and saith: -- Who is this -- darkening counsel, By words without knowledge? Gird, I pray thee, as a man, thy loins, And I ask thee, and cause thou Me to know. Where wast thou when I founded earth? Declare, if thou hast known understanding. Who placed its measures -- if thou knowest? Or who hath stretched out upon it a line? On what have its sockets been sunk? Or who hath cast its corner-stone? In the singing together of stars of morning, And all sons of God shout for joy,

Was Lucifer among them?
Was Satan among them?
Were Lucifer and or Satan special?

According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world (see above), that we should be holy and without blame before him in love: Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will, Eph 1:4,5
and when the fulness of time did come, God sent forth His Son, come of a woman, come under law, that those under law he may redeem, that the adoption of sons we may receive; Gal 4:4,5

Did that above the line take place before the foundation of the world?

And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world ( τὴν οἰκουμένην - the inhabited earth): he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.

Did the sin of the devil take place before the foundation of the world?

Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.
