Romans 4:23 but also for us. It shall be imputed to us who believe in [A] Him who raised up Jesus our Lord from (out of) the dead,
Romans 8:11 But if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from (out of) the dead dwells in you, [C] He who raised Christ from (out of) the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who dwells in you.
1 Peter 1:21 who through Him believe in [D] God, who raised Him from (out of) the dead and gave Him glory, so that your faith and hope are in God.
Gal 1:1 Paul, an apostle (not from men nor through man, but through Jesus Christ and [E] God the Father who raised Him from (out of) the dead

Was A, B, C, D, E obligated to raise Him, Jesus out Lord, Christ, out of the dead?

How was Christ, glorified to be made high priest after the order of Melchisedec? Who glorified Him and when?

Psalms 110:1-4, ". . . A Psalm of David. The LORD said unto my Lord, Sit thou at my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool. The LORD shall send the rod of thy strength out of Zion: rule thou in the midst of thine enemies. Thy people shall be willing in the day of thy power, in the beauties of holiness from the womb of the morning: thou hast the dew of thy youth. The LORD hath sworn, and will not repent, Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchizedek. . . ."
Matthew 22:41-46, ". . . While the Pharisees were gathered together, Jesus asked them, Saying, What think ye of Christ? whose son is he? They say unto him, The Son of David. He saith unto them, How then doth David in spirit call him Lord, saying, The LORD said unto my Lord, Sit thou on my right hand, till I make thine enemies thy footstool? If David then call him Lord, how is he his son? And no man was able to answer him a word, neither durst any man from that day forth ask him any more questions. . . ."

I like and agree and the only obligation I would think that applied to A, B, C, D and E would be, fulfilling the Promise of God who cannot lie made before the beginning of time. The hope of eternal life. The substance of things hopped for. Eternal life.

Would you say Psalms 110 was relative to the resurrection of the Christ?

His ascension as Lord per Psalms 110:1 came after His resurrection, Hebrews 13:8. So yes.
