HYPOCRITES AND JESUS.

    38. And in His teaching He was saying, 'Beware of the scribes who like to walk around in long robes, and like respectful greetings in the market places,

    39. and chief seats in the synagogues, and places of honor at banquets,

    40. who devour widows' houses, and for appearance's sake offer long prayers, these will receive greater condemnation.'

    They are many hypocrites in the world and of different types and some of us also involved in some kind hypocrisy in one time or another, including myself.

    But the most repugnant of them all are the religious hypocrites, and no wonder that Jesus numerous types turned His attention on them accusing them, rebuking them, and condemning them for their hypocrisy.

    Why religious hypocrites are so repugnant and despicable in their hypocrisy, because they teach goodness but do not do it themselves, they teach to speak truth but themselves always lie, they teach to help others but themselves never help anyone, and so on.

    And of course, how hypocrites present themselves in churches, synagogues, and in their temples, in the same way as they always do, pretended to be the beam of light but in actuality carrying in themselves only darkness.

    It is so similar and so visible even today, seeing how in the churches some people conducting long prayers and long shallow sermons, pastors and priests walking in their robes covered with symbols, ornaments, and images of all sorts. Even their Bibles looks big, expensive, and luxurious, but all of them lacking one thing - Spirituality and honest soul.

    They all look only on material gain and the Word of GOD for them is only a cover to show themselves religious and god-fearing men, just like Jesus described them 2000 years ago. They always take their seats in the first row and in the front of everyone on any occasion, and it is true today.

    Hypocrites think that if people took them for that they pretending to be, the GOD will also think about them in the same way that they are god-fearing people and do only good.

    But GOD Jesus noticed them immediately and condemned them. They can fool people, but they cannot fool GOD.

    And how we can find who is a hypocrite and who is not? Very easy, by not what they teach and said but by their deeds and their life, and there is no other way to detect them.

    Shallow sermons you can discern something, but outward appearance we can not judge a man’s heart, it’s best to leave that to Jesus and assume the best of dudes I reckon.

    Remember the old joke ‘ I counted 497 people not paying attention in Church on Sunday ‘.

    Can’t judge dudes who have made vows of poverty, chastity, and obedience, they don’t even own the old patched habit they wear, it belongs to the monastery community or order. They renounced all. Personal wealth, having a family, and even their own autonomy, some even make vows of silence.
    If they wear robes in Church, does that make them hypocrites? Hardly.

    We have to be very careful not judging outward appearance either side. We need the daily graces to be docile and allow Jesus to minister discern people.
    Old Nell used to say in street ministry ‘ You’ve got angry nasty face again ‘ , that’s when we are operating of ourselves, having to repent and put on Jesus again.
    He steps back if we are wilful, then we are useless again and can’t do anything but make things worse.
    Had a dude head butt my face, and I felt nothing, but he cracked his head and was badly hurt.
    I grew up a savage, by law of the jungle, my natural man solution to the situation never worked but it stlll takes full trust in Jesus to operate His way.
    It’s a long daily, daily thing by grace, and we get more and more trust build up to be docile and step back.
    Jesus discerns people perfectly, many times we don’t even know what He is saying to people, we are just the dumb donkey carrying Him there.

    We see the effect of His way over our way, they are lightyears apart.

    We are hard and cold, and have so little understanding, we don’t know anything or how to Love. Jesus does, His way is Mercy and has Perfect knowledge of everyone.

    If we notice something wrong with our religious leaders, it’s our obligation to then pray very hard for them. Even fast for them.

    Some of the biggest snares are laid for the leaders.

    You know who will never betray you. Jesus.

    Jesus is always with us, believe it, He truly truly Loves us and is with us.

    How He takes over and ministers to others, is a constant demonstration of Jesus Love.

    Jesus Love, sensitivity, understanding and goodness goes far beyond anything mortal humans can do.

    Do nothing without Jesus at the forefront, otherwise you will achieve nothing.

    Problems evangelising? Healing? It’s a Jesus deficiency.

    When you hand over your human will to Jesus each day and you ask for His Holy Divine Will to operate fully in you, you become the light of the world.
    You light up like a Star with enormous power, because it is no longer you but Jesus radiating out.

    “ It is no longer I that lives, but Christ who lives in me.”

    Many live in Christ by faith, but do not have Christ live in them by Love. His Love is Fire and needs to act.

    Do our words inspire and melt hearts, and bring people to repentance, no, Jesus words do. Let Jesus speak and do through you, get out of Jesus way.

    Do the small unseen dutiful things with Jesus each day, and then He will trust you with greater things. Be more than content that Jesus is with you in the little things in life, Rejoice in it, because even the smallest thing done in Jesus Will bears incredible fruit, even if it’s just breathing.

    However mundane our lives are, however weak we “feel “, it doesn’t matter, Jesus makes all things new, and of Eternal value.

    “ Create a new heart in me, Holy Lord “

    Handover your heart to Jesus and Jesus will give you His Heart.

    Start each day again, addressing The Father as FATHER, identifying yourself as His son. Hold His Holy Name Holy, and Most Sacred to you.
    Call down His Kingdom and Will to be manifest and done in you, as it is in Heaven.

    “ Not my will be done, but yours “

    Make a joyful offering of your human will each day as first fruits, and go gather the bread of The Holy Divine Will given by The Eternal Father with Eternal Love.

    Let the indescribable fragrance of your Holy Presence go out from me, let the unspeakable beauty of your words go out from me to win greater Glory to you and The Eternal Father. Amen.
