This has proably been asked before, but remember I was gone for a couple years, so any help appreciated. I know about using the UBB code to post a pic, but how about one from my own computer?

You need to put your pic on a hosting site, like http://imageshack.us/ (ImageShack is free, by the way).

Once you have it hosted, you post the pic by enclosing the URL of it with [.image.] [./image.] (without the periods inside the brackets).

BB has a policy against large images, so if you want to post a large image, just post a thumbnail of it. ImageShack gives you several options to choose from. Click on this thumbnail to see which one to use to post it on the BaptistBoard.

    Hope that helps.

Yeah. I use it a lot on the computer forum I help moderate.

Besides that, ImageShack is just great... and free.

There is no reason one must use anything other than this board. We all have our own album options in our user control panel. Especially if we are going to use them on this board.

On the navbar at the top find usercp

Go to control panel which is the left column

The second category down is networking

Under this category choose pictures and albums

    Then choose add album

    The rest is self explanatory

    thanks.
Next question (getting ready to duck):
is it possible to wrap text around the image, like we do in html, in BB code ?

Not that I am aware of. It could be done, but I have never seen it or heard of it myself.
