Free Antispyware

    Most of you probably know this, but I'll post it anyway. Actually I've known about it for sometime, but keep forgetting to mention it. Anyway it's:
    microsoft free antispyware. I go to Google and enter: mircosoft free antispyware. I also use Adaware, sometimes one will find something the other doesn't.

    Don't forget Spybot Search and Destroy (also free).

    Spybot adds in "immunity" by preventing a lot of adware/spyware from ever being installed.

    You can also do an online scan with TrendMicro's anti-spyware app:
    http://www.trendmicro.com/spyware-scan/
    (requires IE 5.5 or higher)

    Microsoft AntiSpyware has moved into beta2.

    It is now called Microsoft Windows Defender 1051 (Beta 2). It is still free.

    Its looks have changed, and it is more of a background thing. Actually, I think I like it better now.
