    I'd like to understand walking in the Spirit not in the world of the law, what resources, hopefully free do you recommend.

    Two primary resources on this are:
    Romans. [First reference Romans 8:1]
    Galatians.

    There are a lot of opinions.
    1 John 2:27.

    I do not know what your comment means, does it mean it doesn't matter who wrote it, or that either way you do not think that is a good resource or something else?
