If you were pick or cite one or any definitive Scripture truth. Which one would you choose?

For me one of them is . Revelation 20:15, ". . . And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire. . . ."

It is an ultimate factor for which one will or not perish.

2 Corinthians 5:21 For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.

The imputation of the sins of God's elect to Christ; the imputation of Christ's perfect righteousness to God's elect.

It for me brings to mind from 1 John 5:10-11, ". . . the record that God gave of his Son. And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. . . ."

Well the 7th Day Adv and JW's would disagree with you!

But being more serious - how would explain the Lake of Fire to them

In addition this Baptist does not believe in an eternal Hell

SDA E. G. White wrote, "When individuals commit sins which are too grievous for the Lord to pardon, their names are erased from the book, and they are devoted to destruction."

Hear the problem with E. G. White's view there?

Mark 3:28, ". . . Verily I say unto you, All sins shall be forgiven unto the sons of men, and blasphemies wherewith soever they shall blaspheme: . . ."
Revelation 3:5, ". . . He that overcometh, the same shall be clothed in white raiment; and I will not blot out his name out of the book of life, . . ."

The JW will reference Revelation 17:8 and Proverbs 10:7 for their argument.

As far as CONSERVATIVE CHRISTIAN THEOLOGIAN NO LONGER BELIEVES ETERNAL TORMENT goes. His arguments are answerable.
    My short answer:
    The soul is mortal.
And by what of a person never dies, the dead soul suffers forever. Jesus' in His soul on the cross died, and He was conscious. Isaiah 53:10, Isaiah 53:12 and Psalms 22:1. And that death was completed before His physical death, per John 19:28.

    Definitive truths.

Also while both the soul and body die, per Matthew 10:28, ". . . fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell. . . ." And what does not die are their worm (singular), per Mark 9:48, ". . . Where their worm dieth not, and the fire is not quenched. . . ."
