GOD WILL ACTUALLY SHOW US, CLEARLY,
THAT HE IS VERY PLEASED WHEN HE SEES US PRAISING HIM!

    EVERY DAY, BUT ESPECIALLY,
DURING TRYING TIMES WE ARE EXPERIENCING,

Because IT IS AT TIMES LIKE THAT WHEN WE ARE STILL PRAISING HIM
THAT HE MAY SHOW HIMSELF TO US,
BY RESCUING US FROM THAT VERY SITUATION
WE HAVE BEEN PRAISING HIM ABOUT.

To be gravely serious a second,
and to say this about that,
    I know Jesus said,
    "Rejoice in all things
    and again I say Rejoice",

and numerous other things just like that are in the Bible.

Thus, in spite of ANY OTHER extenuating circumstances
entering our lives at any given moment, we are to "Praise the Lord!"
and by His Spirit working in us, we know that
we are able to "Praise the Lord!", in all things no matter what.

And then that set of circumstances presents God with another occasion,
(if that's what He wanted to do), to turn to Satan
and give him the actual proof that, just like God had Enabled Job to do,
because you would still be, "Praising His Holy Name!", in the midst of everything.

For us to surrender to God and to His Providential workings in our lives
during trying times, when we are still able to, "count it all joy", anyway,
and "PRAISE THE LORD", IT IS VERY PLEASING TO GOD!

WE FIND OUT AND KNOW GOD IS PLEASED BECAUSE
GOD WILL ACTUALLY SHOW AND REVEAL TO US, CLEARLY,
THAT HE IS VERY PLEASED WHEN HE SEES US PRAISING HIM!

During times when I have been worshipping and adoring God,
right in the heat of the battle in my life,
I have experienced God actually letting me know
that He had taken notice of my having been worshipping Him,
at times when I could have been whining and crying
    and bellyaching in my flesh.

How did I experience 'God letting me know'
that 'He had taken notice', of me having worshipped Him
during those times of trial in my life?

While I, "Praised the Lord", God Manifested Himself
    and showed Himself,
in the midst of my storm,
IN A WAY I SAW HIM MOVE, in those circumstances
as He chose to begin bringing His solutions to them, around that same time.

You know what I mean by my having seen "God Move",
since there are probably times when you know that you've seen GOD MOVE!

The saints of old would tell us,
"God will visit you every day",
however, He let us know that He is there visiting us
    in a way
that doesn't require Him to move a mountain.

Nevertheless, He will touch our lives enough
for us to 'know that He knows
that we have had Him make His Presence known to us!

Then, there are other times, when there have been times
that you have experienced when God absolutely did have to be the One
Who had to move a mountain in your life, and when He did
that is when you KNOW you saw, "God Move", in a BIG WAY!

Those are the seemingly innumerable times
when we have been in a temporal time of testing, Providentially,
    AND WE HAVE EXPERIENCED:
"GOD MAKES A WAY, WHEN THERE AIN'T NO WAY!"

Those were the times when we have been
'brought to the end of ourselves',
and knew that we couldn't have done anything
to help ourselves and we've heard ourselves all the time saying,
"God came through at the last minute".

THOSE ARE TIMES WHERE WE KNOW IT WAS GOD
    WITHOUT ANY SHADOW OF DOUBT
and that He had shown up and brought His resolution to our problem.

That was God Himself Who had just shown Himself to us,
and it is in moments like that we can't help but realize and know,
"IT WAS ALL HIM" and we can say that we saw, "GOD MOVE",
as He was bringing deliverance and Spiritual Victory, into our lives.

So, the Supernatural 'Experience' that I have noticed in my life
is when I have seen, "GOD MOVE", very often,
that on those same occasions when I'd seen "God Move",

it had also been when The Holy Spirit had given me the Grace of God
to "Praise His Holy Name", right in the middle of a season
in which I was "going through it", in the flesh,
during one of the various trials and difficulties,
God had allowed by His Providence, to consume my life.

And, why in the world did He ever allow any kind of things like that to happen,
    in the first place?

WELL, WE ALL KNOW that, at times,
God allows what we will naturally consider to be
UNTHINKABLE THINGS TO HAPPEN, in our human experience,
and at the same time, we absolutely still don't always know WHY:
"Bad things Happen to Good people", do we?

And while our flesh sure often wishes those things hadn't happened,
we also know that during this life and in this world we are sojourning,
unthinkable experiences like that occur, as the result of the presence
and reality of sin and the accompanying calamities it causes.

Even so, when we see these bad things take place that do happen,
lost people seem to be fully aware of there being 'Something' behind them,
    since we hear them say,
"All things happen for a reason".

Of course, Christians know that Mark 7:37b, says to us and let's us know,

"...He hath done all things well..."

and then we can add to that,

    "And we know that

all things work together for good
    to them that love God,
to them who are the called according to his purpose."

    from Romans 8:28.

Yet, even when we know "He hath done all things well"
"And we know that all things work together for good
    to them that love God..."
that there are plenty of times in which we still don't know at all
and may never know WHY God has allowed certain things
to come into our lives and into the lives of others.

So, what is a Christian man, woman, boy, or girl, to do?

There was a time, over 30 years ago, when I was trying to run a small business that everything was going wrong, and I had a wife and a young family to support and I didn't know how I was going to make ends meet.
I was a very new Christian not well taught, and didn't know my Bible well. By chance as it seemed, but actually by the providence of God, I was flicking through my Bible in the middle of the night, unable to sleep, when I came across Habakkuk 3:17-19.
    'Though the fig leaf may not blossom, nor fruit be on the vine;
Though the labour of the olive may fail, and the fields yield no food.
Though the flock may be cut off from the fold, and there be no herd in the stalls -
Yet I will rejoice in the LORD, I will joy in the God of my salvation.
The LORD God is my strength; He will make my feet like deer's feet,
And He will make me walk on my high hills.'

And I was enabled to praise and worship God in the midst of all my troubles, and in His own good time, He brought me out of them.

    How awesome.

That's what I thought that I had experienced and that because He'd made it so abundantly clear that it was all Him!

After falling His commands and blowing the trumpets, He brought down your Walls of Jericho!!! Praise the Lord in all things!

And for the goosebumps BB moment from Br. Martin!

Part of how I found it was in excerpts from:
    Hinds' Feet on High Places
    Novel by Hannah Hurnard

I'd seen it in "It is God that girdeth me with strength, and maketh my way perfect. He maketh my feet like HINDS' feet, and setteth me upon my high places." ( Psalm 18:32-33 )

I got from it that, just as the front foot of the deer is where God goes ahead of us to prepare the way and provide a safe and steady destiny, it is like the front foot of that deer that He guides on the mountainside path to find a sure footing.

And as we invoke The Holy Spirit's Presence and "Come before his presence with singing. Know ye that the LORD he is God: It is he that hath made us, and not we ourselves; We are his people, and the sheep of his pasture. Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, And into his courts with praise: Be thankful unto him, and bless his name. For the LORD is good; his mercy is everlasting;" Psalm 100,

...and while using the lamp of His Word as a lamp unto our feet and a light unto our path, He then Enables us to follow Him, like the deer's hind foot had followed directly into the safe footprint that the front foot had just left and had shown was the safe place to walk.

    And so,
He will make my feet like deer's feet,
And He will make me walk on my high hills',

just as the steps of a righteous man are ordered ordered by the Lord.

I'll have to borrow all of that text in Habakkuk for my devotion this Sunday!
