Does the Spirit of Truth give that one indwelt, belief of truth?

and when He may come -- the Spirit of truth -- He will guide you to all the truth, for He will not speak from Himself, but as many things as He will hear He will speak, and the coming things He will tell you; He will glorify me, because of mine He will take, and will tell to you. 'All things, as many as the Father hath, are mine; because of this I said, That of mine He will take, and will tell to you; John 16:13-15

I believe our indwelling of the Spirit of Truth does not bring either the same gifts, or the same level of giftedness to all believers.

The NT writers were "inspirited" such that they could write the "Word of God." We are not so gifted.

Lots of false doctrine has arisen from assuming something given to create the New Testament is also given today. The doctrine that addresses these mistaken views is called Cessationism. The idea is that some of the gifts that produced and authenticated the New Testament, Inspiration, Healing, Tongues,
ceased once the New Testament original autographs were established and accepted as authentic.

Thus the gift of Prophecy, being inspirited such that you could speak for God and added to scripture is not thought to exist at this time, according to Cessationism doctrine, which I believe is valid. Others, of course hold an opposing view.

Final word of caution, according to scripture, the next person who will perform "miracles" will not be from God, but instead, will be a really bad dude.

He is by whom we actually know God personally. Romans 8:16, The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God: . . .

Short answer YES. Notice you asked about those that were indwelt. Those that are indwelt are those that have responded in faith to the various means that God uses to draw people to Himself. These are saved people.

Because we are indwelt by the Spirit we would naturally believe what the Spirit teaches us. Any teaching that does not align with the character of God we can know is not from the Spirit of God.
