    LORD OF ALL

John 1:13 Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.

The message of man's religion tells you what you, by nature, want to hear. It tells you that God wants, or God is trying, or won't you allow God, or give your heart, or your children, or your nation to Him, etc., etc., etc.

In every instance this god is subservient to your sovereignty and must beg, plead and cajole until you give him what he so desperately wants. The utter nakedness and bankruptcy of these self righteous religionists is never realized, accepted, nor admitted, in that, they own NOTHING that they might give unto Almighty God in order to satisfy Him.

Revelation 3:17 Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked:

This god of religion is a beggar and an idol of men's imaginations. This is a god who does not and cannot save. This is the god promoted under the damnable doctrine of man's free will, which all men by nature cling to, tooth and nail. Neither this god, nor this abominable doctrine of free will is found anywhere in the scriptures. No man can, or will renounce this idolatry apart from the sovereign call of God unto salvation.

Romans 9:22-23 What if God, willing to shew his wrath, and to make his power known, endured with much longsuffering the vessels of wrath fitted to destruction:
And that he might make known the riches of his glory on the vessels of mercy, which he had afore prepared unto glory,

Man's religion is forever concerned with establishing a righteousness according to the flesh, while the children of God rest in a righteousness established by Christ alone.

Romans 10:3 For they being ignorant of God's righteousness, and going about to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God.

The God of scripture is an Almighty Sovereign who decreed everything before there was anything. There is not a leaf that falls to the ground, nor an atom that moves apart from His sovereign decree. While religion speaks of a world in chaos, the child of God rests in the sovereign will of God bringing all things to their purposed ends, for His glory alone.

Philippians 3:3 For we are the circumcision, which worship God in the spirit, and rejoice in Christ Jesus, and have no confidence in the flesh.

The child of God is not feverishly engaged in trying to establish the Lordship of Christ over the things of this world by edict, subterfuge, or persuasion. His sheep eternally rest in the spiritual Kingdom of God, established by Christ on the cross. Through His obedience unto death, Christ established a righteousness that satisfied God's justice in the place and name of His elect. He declared that, "It is finished." and His kingdom was forever established and secure in Him. Death and Hell were eternally defeated, for no charge could ever be brought against one that He represented as the Lord our Righteousness.

He is not trying to be Lord; He is not waiting for you to make Him Lord; He is, LORD OF ALL.

Acts of the Apostles 10:36 The word which God sent unto the children of Israel, preaching peace by Jesus Christ: ( he is Lord of all; )
