In 2024, G. John Rov [pen name for Gary Rovarino according to p. 148 in his book] dedicated his second book to Howard Elseth, writing that “through our synergy has come high revelations of the Bible given us by the Father” (Called of God to Translate the King James Bible, p. v). His first book Concealed from Christians for the Glory of God has a 2019 copyright date.

G. John Rov claimed: “I have told you already that I am set of God for the defense of the 1611 King James Bible, and I have the miracles, wonders and signs swarming all around me to prove my authority and stablishment in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ” (p. 144).

Gary John Rovarino and Howard Elseth have a 1611 King James Bible Museum in Phoenix, Arizona.

John Rov asserted: “God publicly approves his 1611 King James Bible, the ‘w’ord of God, today no differently than he approved Jesus, the ‘W’ord of God in his day, ‘by miracles and wonders and signs’ performed by the hand of God” (p. 93).

G. John Rov mentioned “God’s principle of the number 9, the number of fruit bearing” (Called of God, p. 16). John Rov wrote: “The summation of 1+6+1+1 is making the higher number of nine. Reverse wise, 9 is concealing within it the 1+6+1+1. God has put the 1611 revelation in the number 9 because it is God’s way to put things inside of things” (Ibid.). After citing Isaiah 66:9, G. John Rov claimed: “The Holy Ghost brings the symphony of the seven utterances of the extolling of ‘The voice of the LORD’ to crescendo intentionally summed up in verse 9, the life giving number, the fruit bearing number, because there is no higher confession for it than 1611” (p. 157). G. John Rov asserted: “God has set the gold standard for fruit bearing to be produced out of the ‘1611 King James Holy Bible’” (Concealed, p. 166).

G. John Rov [pen name for Gary Rovarino] claimed: “As the God Man he [Jesus Christ] is the 1611 King James Bible made flesh” (Called of God, p. 174). Gary John Rov asserted: “Jesus is one with the word in spirit and life. And this word is the 1611 King James Bible” (p. 45). John Rov claimed that “he [Satan] attempted to stop the Son of God who was the actuality of the 1611 King James Bible, the Word, made flesh” (p. 63). John Rov maintained that “the Bible is the embodiment of Jesus” (Concealed from Christians for the Glory of God, p. 23). John Rov suggested that “the Bible is a book that turned into a person and that Jesus is a person who turned into a book” (p. 13). John Rov claimed: “As we mature, despite concealment, we see the actual Jesus and the actual Bible in the 1611 King James Version” (p. 47).

So the 1611 Kjv is the only one real Kjvo must use, so 1769, 1873, 1900 etc are all just as wrong as Nkjv?

G. John Rov alleged that “if you believe that all English Bibles are equal in authority, you have not traveled far in your spiritual pilgrimage in Christ” (Concealed from Christians, p. 93). John Rov claimed: “You can never bear perfect fruit if you have not believed on the King James Bible. No matter how much you have matured in the Lord, you will always lack that critical belief from God’s view point” (p. 166).

ems like he would agree that the Kjv 1611 has supreme authority over even Hebrew and Greek texts

IMO, KJV only believers are a little mentally unstable.

I have checked for myself and to share with others the different versions of the Bible because I am a KJV reader. Sometimes the KJV can be confusing to young ones since there sounds to be a lot of double negatives. However if I rearrange the words the children and also I am able to grasp the meaning. I have not found ONE version that completely mimics the KJV. To me that is scary. Very few people use, teach, preach or study from the KJV.

All of the pre-1611 versions do. Geneva, Tyndale, Coverdale and so on. Of course that is because the KJV was made from these earlier Bibles.

So it seems that the extreme KJVO position does indeed see Kjv as supreme authority, Trumping over even the Hebrew and Greek texts

Extreme KJVO sees 611 Kjv as superior revelation, as if there are any differences between what KJV stated and Hebrew/Greek texts, then the Kjv supersedes those texts as supreme authority
The 1611 has many better New Testament readings. But not all of them.

I assumed (perhaps wrongly) that he meant the same "them" as you did in Post 12, where you wrote: " But not all of them."
You are correct, was trying to see if he meant Kjv superior NT translation, or if superior to even Hebrew and Greek texts themselves

Welcome to the Baptist Board!

So let me get this straight. You rearrange the words for the children, thus essentially creating your own revision of the KJV. Is that correct?
