Do the KJVO accept any other Translation really then?

So to them its not really which textual basis being used, but really that the 1611 translators had same inspiration granted them as Prophets and Apostles to create the "perfect" English translation?
Since the actual Greek compilation used by the Anglicans is NOT available today, the KJVonly sect is obligated to rely on the English translation.
Sadly, I do not know ANY who say the 1611 is perfect and use it. All I know use a later KJV (there are more than 100 various KJV out there) as the "only" English that is truly God-breathed. I always ask them WHICH KJV is perfect.

I've never used anything other than the 1611 KJV, it has served me well. I've checked into other versions but was lost not recognizing the key words found in the KJV. I was raised from a child on the 1611 KJV,.

Yea, it's a cult! I know plenty of them in the fundamental ranks.
I am a NASB preferred advocate, but I believe there are dozens if not hundreds of verses that could be improved for clarity and accuracy.
Sometimes the KJV provides a better version of a verse than the NASB, such as James 2:5. OTOH, I believe the NASB is on balance much more accurate and understandable than the outdated KJV.

Let me clarify before I'm bombarded here!
I don't mean the theological doctrines of the fundamentalists are a cult.
I'm saying they have some cultish ways as in the KJVO thing.
Some folks feel comfortable with the NWT, but most think that translation of the bible is highly questionable and not suitable.

The refusal to advocate for better translations for accuracy and clarity of the message is not useful.

Extreme ones even hold that the 1611 translators were inspired by the Holy Spirit to make their translation, and at times Kjv corrects the Hebrew and Greek texts
In the fundamental ranks you will hear such things, I just smile and say God is wonderful Isn't He?
You can't argue with these people, just love and overlook remembering I have faults of my own.
