Enjoy your Prosperity Gospel while you can. It won't last much longer.

???

9 That which hath been is that which shall be; and that which hath been done is that which shall be done: and there is no new thing under the sun. Ecc 1

Names, faces, places, change but the same things keep occurring over again, good times and evil times, history runs in spirals.

"We have met the enemy and he is us" is one of my favorites.

A more biblical sentiment might be, I have met the enemy and it is me.

Scripture teaches we have three "enemies" Satan, the World (Fallen Humanity) and our fleshy desires.

But the pitfall is the same, we consider an action and either stay or think we stay on the pathway of righteousness, or we choose to depart for "greener" grass.

As we grow in Christian maturity, we grow in self control. Several places in scripture we see the practice of "fasting" which is an exercise in overriding our desire for food (and too much food) where we train ourselves in overriding our "fleshy desires" to pursue our objective of following Christ on His path of righteousness.

Well whether we like the pick or not, or her/his politics, they are not just the President but the leader of the free world. As need to pray for them to make the right decisions for the country and the world.

Yep. He started the globalism ball rolling.

Now that you mention that, wasn't it his daddy that most recently coined the term 'New World Order'?

I put Dubya low on the totem pole on account of his stupid invasion of Iraq, the incredible amount of money lost in that hole, the WMD deception, and blowing the (supposed) balanced budget that Clinton handed over to him.

If I remember correctly it was actually a surplus with Social security not factored in. No way to predict how much that ponzi scheme really costs.
