He does seem to like to be the troll. And our media just jumps all over it.

Like his comment that he rules the world is just to see how many fools have fits about that comment.

ZACTLY!

Lol, Trump 2028 really gets their drawers in a twist…

Business with out integrity is not business it is just mob rule, each man for himself.

"Mob rule" is the group (aka - the majority) crushing the individual, which is the opposite of "each man for himself." Just sayin'...

As a Canadian, I find the present political circumstance an example of the people getting the leader they deserve. Over the last decade, Canadians who vote have repeatedly elected psychopathic, narcissistic tyrants to power and now they have the worst one yet. Though Canadian, I rather hope Carney will so abuse the Canadian electorate that they never again choose such a leader as he is. Unfortunately, in the process, he may cause such damage and so radically alter the political landscape of Canada that recovery from his neo-communist/globalist agenda may be extremely difficult, if not impossible. Sometimes, though, only "the stick" savagely applied can move an affluent, apathetic nation to positive change; but often the beating required to do so leaves the nation badly crippled. This may well be Canada's story in the next few decades. In fact, I wonder increasingly if we won't end up colonialized by China. Much of the country is already in the possession of CCP interests and we've had reports from CSIS for some time now of CCP interference in elections at every level of government.

Fellow Canadian here. I have just about lost hope for this country. They fell for the same old lies and they still think this time the Lib's will be better. Or perhaps they just like the nanny state that provides for them.

Maybe it is time for the west to tell the rest of Canada we do not need them anymore. Don't want to see it happen but it is hard to be hopeful that thinks will change.

I think the Boomers, in particular, are in well-set patterns of trusting the MSM (CBC, CTV, etc.), the political class, and the credentialed "expert," and they seem to like having their bottoms wiped by the Nanny State. And so, though the noose of authoritarianism tightens about the collective neck of the nation, becoming uncomfortably snug in various ways, it hasn't begun yet to really squeeze the life out of Canada. But it will. I'm sure Carney will see to it, as he already seems to be doing with his declaration yesterday that his government will more stringently control the news media and internet sources of information (by which he means "silence all opposing public voices").

I and most of my friends are well into the "boomer" class and we do not fit the image that you have portrayed of us. We are much more independent than that.

I say the polls that would indicate that the boomers were all for the Lib's but am not sure where they did the polls. Quite sure not from the west.

Usually, I'm careful not to speak in sweeping generalities. And so, I didn't say all Boomers were as I described. But many are. Enough to have elected Carney to the PM's office. I do recognize, though, that there are some Boomers (like yourself) who are not Liberal (aka - socialist/communist). But, as you say, the majority of them are in the west of the country.

Things are going to get much worse very soon, I think. For example, I've watched the usual bag of coffee I buy at Costco, in four months, go from $17.00 to $30.00. Other food items are keeping pace with this price escalation. Two average-sized beef roasts sold together have jumped in price from around $25.00 three years ago, to $50.00 today. Not good. But Carney is only going to double-down on the economic pressure the Liberals have created - apparently to break Canada's economy, paving the way, in the resulting financial catastrophe for Canadians, for a communist regime to take over and "save" everyone. It's an old tactic but very effective, as Stalin, Mao, Chavez, and Castro have demonstrated. It seems we're going to have another example in our own country, if Canadians don't wake up to what's happening.

Lib's have always tried to control all the purse strings. They are very much top down and want people to depend upon them. Look at who both Trudeau's chose for good friends.

The sad part is that most of those that voted for the Lib's do not even pay enough attention so as to be concerned.

Just sheep following the one in front of them.
