Agree, sad, but taken legally in season just as a big buck in season.
People swim in the lake it was taken from!
Like a deer, I do hope they're going to eat it. In the pic they're standing in front
of a sign that says "Processing and Taxidermy", so perhaps they were having it
processed for groceries. I am sure there's plenty of meat there!
As a young man of 15/16 I used to go snorkeling and spearfishing off the jetty's
of Newport Beach, Ca. One day, immediately after spearing a nice fish, I turned
around and watched a shark of about 8' in length swim by me about 10' away,
and immediately the thought of "sharks eat people" entered my head.....
After that experience, my fishing was done from a boat, or off the bank with a fishing rod!
