    Scott, you are making no sense. That is exactly what we are saying. God chose His church to salvation. His church is the "called out" individuals. The ones whom He purchased with His own blood. That is what "church" means. The church is not everyone. The church is only made up of born-again believers. So to say that Christ chose the church to salvation is not only to affirm what we believe, it is totally contrary to what you are contending for.

    And the commandment, which was ordained to life, I found to be unto death. (Rom. 7:10)

    Now, could you Arminians just explain that one away by forcing "disposed" in there?
