Thessalonian --
That is one very very sad site. One wonders how non-Catholics seem to have kept this so quiet in reagards to journalists, while the Catholic sins are trumpeted from the rooftops. Perhaps the liberals in journalism HATE the Catholic moral stance against abortion, divorce, homosexuality and other sins they so love and defend.
I am just terribly saddened reading all that. One wonders what it will take to get holiness back in our country. When even priests and ministers are falling prey to the "disordered passions" of the flesh, and in such large numbers, something is desparately wrong.
You know, I am tempted to think that TV advertizing and programs have a lot to do with this. Advertizers spend a lot of money with TV because they know it influences our minds. Well, can't that influence also be corrupting our stand for morality and make us do things we know deep inside we should not be doing?
And yes, Brother Curtis was gloating. He has been gloating in several posts regarding evil popes. I still don't quite know what is going on with him. This is exceedingly unlike him. I think I'll start praying my Rosary for him. Perhaps he is, despite his protestations, thinking about the Church he left and wondering if he should return. Seems his posts are an attempt to build a wall high enough that he can't jump over it and back into the Barque of St. Peter.
