Ham, lots of cheese, bacon bits, croutons, and apple chunks. (If you've never tried the apple, you should, it's yummy!) :D

Too many to count! I put my winter shoes away with my winter clothes so I can't even try to count. However, I wear size 5- 5 1/2 so when I find shoes on sale for $5.00 a pair, I buy them! I'm also very easy on my shoes and they last forever. Some of my shoes are at least 10 years old.

Who sews on buttons in your house?

I prefer that Jan do it - but if she won't or is unavailable - I can do it, please don't tell her!!!

In partial answer to the prophecy question - at least all of them from Revelation 4:1 to the end of the book. Spoken like a good pre-trib/pre-mil that I am!! [IMG]

Yes - they are a great fruit!!

I used to eat them by putting sugar on them - no more - if I want that extra sweetness - I have to put equal on them - it ok - but not the same.

    Do you like string beans?

    I've never frozen cabbage.

Does frozen cabbage taste as good as fresh cabbage?

according to my book "will it freeze" by the home and freezer digest, the answer is yes. wash thoroughly, shred, blanche in plenty of boiling water for one and a hlaf minutes and then cool by plunging into ice cold water. drain and pack in containers or freezer bags, should keep for 1 year.

do you make your own jam?

Yes, but cabbage does not freeze particularly well, it tends to end up limp and water-logged, quickly developing an oxidised colour, arouma or flavour.

Have you ever had a soy burger?

No, but my mom does. She puts up several jars at a time. Apple is my favorite.

    Ever tried a soy burger?

I take the bus so it depends on who's driving and who's on...

Q: Do they offer public transportation (bussing) where you live?
