No, I don't. And judging from the 14 hours it's taken for anyone to reply, I'm guessing no one else does, either.

How much sleep do you need to feel refreshed?

 

6 maybe 7 hours - but I usually only get 5 hours.

(I grow vegetables - wasn't here yesterday to answer!)

Do you grow your own potatoes?

 

(It was quiet every place in here today)

At night, about six hours. If I wear down during the day, a 20 minute power nap will do it.

Do you nap when you come home from work?

 

Sometimes.

What's a power nap?

 

It's just a short snooze that powers me up for the rest of the day.

Do you eat energy bars?

 

No they just make me hungry.

Oy! I'm so terrible at favorites! Umm . . . the Ultra Lounge series? Can that count as one? So many of the discs I play come from that series. Or maybe Berlioz' Symphonie Fantastique?

I would say quite well organised

Gold but I like the combination of yellow and white gold, although I don't like three colour golds together.

I don't wear one at home, but I always wear one when I leave the house.

I think so. I know we are to have the joy of the Lord. I can't imagine why God would want His children to be unhappy anymore than we want our children to be unhappy.

On the mountain top, I tend to focus better .. so I learn there, but in the valley I search Gods word more, so I suppose I learn more there because I look harder.

No. I started out doing it, but found my old way of reading the Bible through every year worked best for me.

Is this the first time you have read the Bible through in a year?

 

No, I have my own way of studying the bible. What would you call that? Independent study? I'm studying the book of Genesis at the moment, just got finished with Revelations.

Sue, I believe that happiness is an emotional by product of actions. Much the same as any other emotion like anger for instance. Anger is not in and of itself a thing but a feeling that is left by something deaper. I do not think that God's intention in putting us on this Earth was to concentrate on the outcome but the journey. But happiness as well as anything experienced comes in varrying degrees. I don't think it's half as important as people try to make it be. There are more important goals in life besides personal happiness, such as the happiness we give to others by showing them love and compassion and making their journey easier.

Sorry...bit of a thought tangent.

as for the question - I don't like to share that too much,cause that's not why I do it.But we were able to minister to some children from our church Sunday who were having a difficult time.
