Only evil people use this sign; even when it is made by their subconscious mind (also controlled by Satan.)

If they right hand offend thee, cut it off. The usage of this hand-sign was obviously foretold in the Bible, thus the end times must be upon us.

Making the sign with your fingers forms a backward 6 and the number of finger tips touching is 3. Three 6's equal 666. Proof this is a sign of Satan.

Of course, I could be wrong.

Upon further review of these video clips, when played backwards, the words "go web go!" and "up, up and away web!" can be heard.

Weeeeird! I'm filing this next to my UFO/Kennedy stuff. [IMG]

Well, personally I believe those hand signs could mean a number of things---a catcher signalin' how many are "away!"---doubtful though that the left fielder being some 375 feet away would be able to actually see the signal from that distance--even with 20/20 vision!!

BUT---nevertheless, those signals could be a sign of somethin'!!! "Two Outs, Guys!"---maybe! "Hook 'um, Horns!"----maybe! Maybe! Maybe this or that!!!

BUT---here's what's more spooky-er than a hand signal!!! Are you ready???

BE MORE AFRAID OF WHAT THEY'RE SAYIN'---EACH OF UM ARE SAYIN' SOMETHING---AND IT DOESN'T HAVE MUCH TO DO WITH THE TRUTH OF THE LORD JESUS CHRIST!

Now, some of you guys will say,---"But they do speak the truth!"----but let me ask ya this---truth mixed with error is what???? Not truth!!!

Watch what they say----and not so much of what they sign---of course, if they get a little carried away on camera with the "Bird"---you can just add that in to the error they say!!! ;)

    Brother David

While I certainly wouldn't support any of these pictured men (except spiderman of course), your argument would also silence all pastors everywhere. I haven't found any of them that are without error somewhere. [IMG]

Post-it! I know what you mean---and I believe you know what I mean---

Any pastor can be preaching and get some facts messed up---for instance---I can be preaching and make a statement something like---"Folks! The sun is 93,000,000 miles away from us!"---and some astronomer sittin' out in the pew will say, "Well, actually it isn't EXACTLY 93,000,000! Its more like 93,000,001 miles!"---OK---so the preacher is OFF by a mile!!

But see, there's a difference between the preacher being off by "a mile" in his geometricical, astronomical calculation---and the preacher being off by "a mile" in his theological measurements!!

If I travel to the sun and miss it by a mile---I still burn up! If I travel to Heaven and miss it by a mellimeter---I still burn up!!

See what I mean!!---there's a lot of theologians in hell today sayin'---I missed Heaven by that much!!"

I think it's kind of funny that that website lists the labyryth as "Satanic" when some Christian sects have incorporated it.

I don't know why these folks even can post on the internet in good conscience, because everyone knows that www = hebrew vav-vav-vav = 666.

Are you saying that not using the KJV can cause people's hands to inadvertantly make strange signs?
I have a pic of my daughter's whole class making this sign at graduation. They were saying "I love you" in sign language. Maybe these preachers were just so filled with the Holy Ghost his love was pouring right out of them! Ok, so I doubt that, almost as much as I doubt using the RSV causes one to become satanic.
Reading the bible makes you satanic unless it's the KJV.
Sorry, had to repeat it and see if it sounded as crazy the second time around as the first. It does.

Really and truly---folks have studied these TV preachers/teachers who's pictures are posted above---and the conclusion is this:

They love to memic each other! Mannorisms! Expressions! Reactions! Styles! Laughs! Even hand motions!

My boy can watch certain scenes of Star Wars---where Obi-Wan is duelin' Darth Maul--and can to a tee(well, almost) mimic Obi-Wan's movements---and if an eight year old boy can do that---then a 60 year old man can watch videos of his buddys and commrads-in-theology--watch um over and over, day after day, year after year---and before you know it----this TV preacher is sayin' and preachin' the same exact thing that his buddy is preachin' ONE channel over!! Same movements! Same smirks! Same laugh in the same exact spot as his buddy's!

What makes the whole thing even more ironic is that the pentagram was such a strong Christian symbol at one point that the inverted pentagram became a satanic symbol.
later the pentagram itself fell out of favor and joined the list of 'evil' symbols.

A varied number of views here, but as usual you have some that try to make fun of a serious issue.
1Thess 5:22 Abstain from all appearance of evil.

There are ways to know right from wrong and good and evil if you have the gift of discernment.

All these men posted in the original posting preach a false doctrine, so we should be able to see what is inside of them coming out. They may not even know they are doing it, but there father does.

Yes, the Pentagram was a prominent Christian symbol until replaced by the more popular cross. Its use as a satanic symbol is a somewhat contemporary invention. Still, many uninformed Christians assume the every pentagram they see is a satanic symbol, which is is complete nonsense.

One of the most abused texts in the Bible. The "appearance of evil" refers to that which is evil as evidenced by what is clearly seen. It is NOT the same as something that is not evil, but looks like it might be to someone. A five-pointed star "appears" evil to some, but it not at all evil to those who see its Christians references. The gesture seen in the clips you provided may "appear" evil to the hyperextremist, but to the average person, it's a common gesture of hospitality and friendship (coming from the fact that it means "I Love You"" in sign language).

I have the spiritual gift of discernment. You're flat out wrong on this issue.

Then let them be judged by their teachings, not by their gestures.

Johnv, we at least agree on this point. The opposite of good is evil, the opposite of God is satan. Symbols can be important though and satan knows that. The satanic pentagram is the opposite of the one that was the christian symbol.

PS Johnv, I believe most christians have the gift of discernment, I know I do. You may not agree with me here, but it does not make me wrong.

I will respectfully agree to disagree on the topic, but I am always overjoyed when someone is able to use a spiritual gift to God's service (even if my opinion of the outcome is different).
