How do we reconcile the book of Jude being included in the Bible, yet the text that it draws from, the Book of Enoch not being included?

God breathed out the Book of Jude using a human instrument, the man Jude. He, Jude, was supernaturally guided or moved by the Holy Spirit to include a portion of Enoch's writings.

God did not so breathe out the Book of Enoch, nor did the Holy Spirit guide Enoch in the writing of his book. God did, providentially, allow Enoch to record something within his book that one day Jude would use in Holy Scripture.

The apostle Paul quoted uninspired people of his day.

The book of Jude also includes a quote from the Assumption of Moses and 1 Cor. 15 refers to a common parctices among the religious world of non-believers of baptizing for the dead.

Many of the NT writers also quote from the LXX. The LXX being a translation of the Hebrew OT.

Preachers today quote many sources and give a spiritual message. So did the writers of the Bible under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit.

Even uninspired writers can speak the truth on occasion, as apparently the author of Enoch did in the cited passage. God can speak through the lost as well as the saved. Even Caiaphas uttered a true prophecy in John 11:49-52, and he clearly was not a godly man.
