Hi! I had the pleasure of visiting the lovely city of Haifa back in '82-83 when I was in the Navy. Met some great IDF soldiers and had a terrific time. Wish I had visited Jerusalem and the Holy sites, but didn't. I was only there a short while.

One of the girls that work with us started a petition to have Mark resign. On this petition is a statement from one of the victims, as well as a statement from the pastor of Mark's formal church. I also personally got a response from one of Mark's associates admitting to it, but said basically that "it would 'hurt the cause of Christ'" if we pressed further on the issue. We were hoping to get more IFB behind it, but most of the supporters came from "do right" groups who are anti IFB and anti Christianity, and that's not what we wanted.

Mark and Paul are brothers, and their dad, Larry Chappell has had quite a bit of controversy as well.

Wait what? I don't even know the information your speaking of. Curious though also in what you mean by the direction. Are you finding it to be too liberal or?

Hey man, checking through do right christians, and saw your fb page on IFB movement etc, kind of interested me. Have you heard of Paul Chappell at all? he's a pastor i saw recently and he just wrote a book called "The Road Ahead" thats all about the IFB movement - where it was, where it is, where he is headed and thinks it should go. Might be something your interested in.
