    Here's you chance Protestants

You've missed the point. Loving God and neighbor is the summation of The entire Law. You can't call it obedience if it is imperfect.

    Some Clarification On C.H.S's Calvinism

"Jesus walked down the road" is historical narrative. You are the one getting "creative" with the text. I'm reading it plainly.

You may be able to get away with that with someone who has no experience in the RCC; however, I was raised it it, and the "gospel" of the RCC is not the gospel of Christ or Paul.

    Some Clarification On C.H.S's Calvinism

“This is why I told you that no one can come to me unless it is granted him by the Father.” is no more historical narrative than John 3:16 is. You're going to have to try a bit harder.

    Here's you chance Protestants

Come to Jesus and believe in Jesus. That's how we "eat and drink" of Him. At least that's the way that He describes. John 6:35 Jesus said to them, “I am the bread of life; whoever comes to me shall not hunger, and whoever believes in me shall never thirst. (ESV)

If not, you (and I) are in big trouble, for who among us loves God and neighbor perfectly?

    Some Clarification On C.H.S's Calvinism

People hated "Calvinism" from the time when Jesus first taught it. ;) John 6:65–66 And he said, “This is why I told you that no one can come to me unless it is granted him by the Father.” After this many of his disciples turned back and no longer walked with him. (ESV)

    Here's you chance Protestants

If we just read the text, in context, we can easily see that Jesus wasn't urging His followers to become cannibals. This is how Jesus explain His previous words regarding His flesh and blood: John 6:63–65 It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh is no help at all. The words that I have...

Dale Ratzlaff - Seventh-Day Adventist Kryptonite

It's called "Whatcha see is whatcha get!" Truth, lies and error are all made clear by the light of examination. SDA beliefs are essentially a very complex system of lies. Examination is the last think the SDA wants. Ratzlaff's words bring actual SDA beliefs and practices into the light. No SDA...

The Truth About Dr. Walter Martin and The Seventh-Day Adventist Church

Truth is never fearful of light. Lies must live in the shadows.

The Truth About Dr. Walter Martin and The Seventh-Day Adventist Church

If an SDA is to be consistent, he must say that we should stone a man for gathering sticks on the sabbath. There is no way around it.

    Thank You For Your Service!

Good attitude! Those who are uncomfortable accepting thanks simply need to understand where it's coming from. Not knowing anything about the servicemen we are thanking, we "civilians" are making a very general statement of appreciation, not a specific one. We don't think that everyone in a...

    Thank You For Your Service!

Thanks for taking the time to explain. I understand your point, and see how it can be uncomfortable for you and others like you; however hank and Cassidy make an excellent point. You were always in a position of uncertainty, and could have, without notice, been placed in a situation of danger...

    Thank You For Your Service!

Thanks for your reply. I'm sorry to hear about the experience you had when returning from combat. Marxism didn't die off after Vietnam, but it has fully infected, not just universities, but all of "public education", trade unions, and our government.
