    Good for you. Not everyone is the same as you. You don't have a language barrier, an unfamiliar culture including not understanding how the healthcare system works, lack of confidence being a stranger in a strange land etc. Try and show a bit of Christian empathy instead of blaming the victim...

    Muslims are certainly his bête noir obsession. We've seen what happens to Christians when Assad's forces are withdrawn: ISIS comes along, destroys their churches and massacres or enslaves them. I think the Christians in Syria are in a better position to judge what's good for them than you or me...
