    Born Anew?

Well I pray you do know which way to go. It's a very serious accusation against God to say that He chooses some for Himself and leaves the rest on their own to perish in Hell. I think we all need to think that over very carefully.

    Born Anew?

It seems you're standing on the fence, Dave. Not sure which way to go. That's what I gather from reading your posts.

    Born Anew?

I believe the great apostle Paul wrote the book of Hebrews. Notice he didn't say "if you hear His voice" as in God's choice. Paul said "if you WILL hear His voice" as in man's choice.

    Born Anew?

I don't want to get started on this private interpretation that only the Calvinists use. Not trying the be rude, just to the point.

    Born Anew?

Outside of Calvinism we know how He gives that saving knowledge to man. "Today if you will hear His voice, harden not your hearts...."

    Born Anew?

How does God decide who He will afford that knowledge and who He will not? My Bible says that the grace of God that brings salvation hath appeared to all men.

Your favorite aspect of Jesus, aside from dying for your sins?

The fact that He could love someone like me enough to make me a joint heir of all that He has. And ours minds can't even imagine what He has prepared for us.

Would you invite this Evangelist to preach a revival at your church?

Who could argue with this 8 year old's preaching...

Would you invite this Evangelist to preach a revival at your church?

And this girl could be from the same stock, maybe. The proof is in the preaching, is she preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ that Dr. Bob Jones preached? If not, then Satan is presenting himself as an angel of light through her.

Would you invite this Evangelist to preach a revival at your church?

Maybe we have a different definition of "Satan presenting himself as an angel of light." Satan works through people unaware of his presence for the purpose of keeping the Gospel hidden that man might be saved. They are not Satan as this girl could not be Satan, but possibly used by Satan...

Would you invite this Evangelist to preach a revival at your church?

I guess you're speaking of me, but I didn't say she was Satan, you said that taking it to another level. I'm saying that Satan will use people with new things to keep the Gospel hidden from people or to place the emphasis on something other than salvation. I don't know this to be case but...

There were 3 Sabbath days that took place within 10 days after the crucifixion. But they were all after the crucifixion. The First Day of Unleavened Bread, Nisan 15 with the crucifixion on the 14th, Nisan. The weekly Sabbath on Sat. The Last Day of Unleavened Bread, Nisan 21.

The plural "sabbaths" is a personal interpretation in that version. It's not found in the KJV or even hints at the plural.

I could start a thread on these High Days and explain what they are and how they work throughout the year if you like, if you think that would help.

Brother you should study the 7 High Sabbath Days and understand them. I will list them here for you to look up with the chp. and verse. The High Day in question with the crucifixion of Christ is the First Day of Unleavened Bread. The 7 Annual High Sabbaths (Leviticus 23) First Day of...

    Has no Biblical foundation

For the sake of clarifying, I totally agree the Church began at Pentecost with the arrival of the Holy Spirit to guide it. What I'm saying is contrary to Covenant Theology in that God while working mightily through the Church is at the same time getting ready, the prestages of bringing Israel...

Ok, that's fine, no need to argue it.

When Trump takes care of Iran and gets the Middle East ready again for his Abraham Peace Accords that he started in last tern and then covid came, guess what will soon begin happening? Israel will begin making plans to build a 3rd temple.

Getting way off topic here, but just one more thing I have to say since we've come this far. The temple the anti-Christ sits in and declares he is God, as Paul told us, is the 3rd temple that Covenant theology tells us will not be built.

The temple in Ezekiel's vision is not the temple the anti-Christ sits in and declares himself to be God. I'm sure you've seen the open walled temple in print that Ezekiel gives the measurements for in the Bible.
