"Predestined According to the Purpose of Him Who Works all things According to the Counsel of His Will", Ephesians 1:11.

And there is, you wrest Paul pretending to quote him. There's nothing to decipher. A basic English grammar textbook and a concordance would serve you well.

    2001 Translation is evil

"Evil" isn't on the list, fortunately. There are some unrighteous MVs out there for sure. This is not to be interpreted to mean that I align with the unorthodox sectarian wrestings of KJOism.
  3. Aaron

"Predestined According to the Purpose of Him Who Works all things According to the Counsel of His Will", Ephesians 1:11.

I know it well enough to know when you're being unfaithful with it. As anyone who can read can see, Paul isn't saying anything close to what you want him to be saying.
  4. Aaron

What God did on Earth's first fourth day.

I didn't ask how long it is, I asked how it is measured.
  5. Aaron

"Predestined According to the Purpose of Him Who Works all things According to the Counsel of His Will", Ephesians 1:11.

LOL. He said, when confronted with his own revisionism. those who love Him, He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son
  6. Aaron

"Predestined According to the Purpose of Him Who Works all things According to the Counsel of His Will", Ephesians 1:11.

So it seems. His signature should be: Rewrite the Scriptures if you must, but never under any circumstances cede to a Calvinist.
  7. Aaron

What God did on Earth's first fourth day.

Not me...the Gap theory. Okay, define, 'day.' How is it measured? 100 words or more, please. Exodus 20:11 - For in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, ... Someone else - It took two and half million years for the light from Andromeda to reach the earth...
  8. Aaron

What God did on Earth's first fourth day.

That can't be, because the heavens AND the earth were made on the other side of the Gap in the beginning. It's just the first day of polishing it up. So it's the bazillion and first through the bazillion and 6th earth days. ...if there were a Gap, that is.
  9. Aaron

What God did on Earth's first fourth day.

The first six days ever of the universe?
  10. Aaron

What God did on Earth's first fourth day.

But not the very first six. According to the gap theory, the first day in Genesis could have been the 1.0 x 10^24 th day of all time. They are not days of making, they are days of shining up.

    Decretal Theology,

What a good boy you are! Like I said, you're the active agent.
  12. Aaron

What God did on Earth's first fourth day.

They're not days of creation in the Gap Theory. They're days of repair work on a creation billions of years old with death and sin entered in through a pre-Adamic race that was wiped out presumably in a celestial war of some kind. The Gap Theory is pagan superstition in orthodox apparel.
  13. Aaron

    Decretal Theology,

But it doesn't save. Not in your thinking. The Holy Spirt in your thinking is not the active agent. (I'm not talking about your weak contractor analogy.) You are the active agent. Each and every time. It's your own work to believe...to activate Christ's Atonement in your case. You say "power of...

BJU announces Joshua Crockett as its new President

LOL. "Only bad witches are ugly." And she seemed in doubt of Dorothy! :Roflmao
  15. Aaron

    Decretal Theology,

And we can always count on you to be entertaining! :Laugh
  16. Aaron

    Decretal Theology,

Whoa, Nelly. If it's your own choice to believe, then how can you say salvation is of the Holy Spirit?
  17. Aaron

What God did on Earth's first fourth day.

Not 6 days of creation, no.
