Good for them! I'm glad to hear this.

I may disagree with Bush on many issues, but to use the UN for such vitriol is unacceptable. I'm glad these Democrats recognize that fact and condemn such action.

 

We are getting awfully close to November. (Just a thought) Afterall, how are the statements by Chavez all that different from those of some Democrats, including Rangel and Pelosi, over the last 5 years?

 

Charlie's just testing the water. He's a useful tool for the dems, he's not up for re-election, so any reaction from the kook blogosphere will only fall on him. He pulled the exact same type of thing with his draft rumor, after writing the legislation himself.

Not fooled. The only reason Charlie's saying anything is because Chavez words strike too close to home, they sound just like a read of the daily Kos & the Huffy post, or move-on.org. Dems are in big trouble, and they know it.

I remember them telling me Kerry was going to be president.

But it does appear that I wasa wrong about Charlie being up for re-election. But I was right about the blogs ripping into them. Check out daily Kos & the rest of the nutroots. They ain't happy. And they're the ones footin' the bill, lately.

 

That's funny. I tracked four different polls through the entire election and never found one that predicted a Kerry victory. Most of them consistently said it would be close and the only one that went over the edge this last time was Zogby, who depended on exit polling in Ohio to predict a trending Kerry victory there. Who would have thought that the Secretary of State would not count 180,000 provisional votes?

 

I don't look at polls. No matter what you say, I remember a Kerry victory being predicted.

Now, why do you suppose Chavez & daily Kos sound so much alike ?

 

Oh Yea! the big three abc cbs nbc all had Kerry ahead.

Bottom line? Bush is weak and venial, and an embarassment to real Americans.

And we have a right and a duty to criticize him for his many failures.

But Chavez doesn't. Wrangle had it exactly right.

Of course, Bush and his few remaining followers have so debased patriotism that they cannot recognize that Wrangle did what any American would have done.

Patriotism is just another buzzword in a campaign ad for them. The notion that Wrangle might say something that was politically unwise, but patriotic, is completely incomprehensible to them.
