That’s too far off for me to predict

beside in 900 yrs, I will have been dead about 5-6 yrs and rejoicing in heaven at that point

I just hope Mr October hits another bomb like he did back in the day

I don’t believe that the Yankees have what it takes anymore… to them it’s a money thing only.

I’d like to see Steve Cohens Mets go all the way… failing that, the Phillies

I don't know who all of the playoff teams will be in 2023 or which ones will make the LCS in each league. So who the defending World Series Champion Astros defeat to win the 2023 World Series :) will be...

I don't know who it will be.

I prefer the Yankees not even make the playoffs in 2023. I prefer that the Dodgers and the Mets not make the playoffs in 2023 in the National League.

I root against the Yankees and the Dodgers because they have been spending season after season trying to buy a World Series Championship. And now I add the Mets to join that duo as they are taking the idea of trying to buy a World Series Championship to an even more ridiculous level. The Mets' payroll is evidently going to be around $320,000,000, and with around another $80,000,000 in luxury tax they will be spending around $420,000,000 on just players for 2023. This is absurd. The Mets won't go 0-162 but I wish they would.

I wish MLB would install a solid team salary cap like the NFL and the NHL have, but I doubt that the players' union will ever go for the idea.

While I am always hoping my LAA will catch fire again, but those cheater Astro's usually make short work of the Angels. I have no idea who will be the team to beat in the other major league, but with all the rule changes coming, it will be interesting.

This whole alleged cheating scandal from 2017 stills sound rather nonsensical all these years later - and apparently some people are still hung up on it. The idea of banging a trash can loud enough to be heard over the crowd noise and in time for a batter to process the information sounds rather far fetched to me. It was certainly not done on the road and the Astros won game 7 of the World Series in 2017 on the road.

We also know that pitchers throughout MLB were using illegal means to get a better grip on the ball and a higher spin rate on their pitches. That was throughout MLB, not just one team.
