Ohio and 23 other state attorneys general tell Biden to drop vaccine mandate or be sued

Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost and 23 other state attorneys general are telling President Joe Biden to drop the COVID-19 vaccination and testing mandate for companies or they'll sue.

“As proposed, the federal vaccine mandate is not only unlawful, its guise as a workplace safety measure further divides those still considering the vaccine,” Yost said in a written statement on Friday. “I am vaccinated, but the President didn’t force me to – nor should anyone else be required by federal executive edict.”
