Wow! An investigative reporter went into Boeing's South Carolina plant and learned a lot! Ten workers said neither they nor their families would fly on a 787 out of safety concerns. It was said that drugs were easily obtainable at the plant, and that some workers assembled the 787's while high.
I don't think I will ever fly on a 787, after learning this. It's bad enough Boeing doesn't pay US taxes. Oh, one more thing: an FAA regulator later went to work for an airline lobby, showing how the watchers and the watched can be one and the same.
