The idiot who was stupid enough to take $8,000 in cash anywhere in the first place. To try and take it on an airplane is even worse! What's wrong with this guy, he never heard of Traveler's Checks?

Security. The guy on the job admitted handing it to someone it didn't belong to. He and his employer need to reimburse that poor guy for the money lost and for all the trouble and grief cause by the security man's failure to perform his job correctly.

If the security(?) personnel aren't on top of it enough that they don't know who sent what through the "scanners", then what in heaven's name are they doing from a "security" standpoint!!!!
