Your personal comments about me with absolutely zero corroboration is merely hot air blowing out your rear end. If you cannot back up your attacks of "blinded" and "senseless" by something relevent to the OP, you merely derail the thread.

If you want to debate my contentions that the caller is misguided, use facts and arguments if you can find any. For instance, did the caller imply that Iraq was responsible for 9/11 or not? If not, why did she link them in the same sentence? If she did imply Iraq was responsible, as I contend, how is that not misguided?

Use facts and arguments, carpro, not insults and personal attacks on fellow posters. Of course, if the facts don't support your argument, perhaps insults are what you must resort to.

Limbaugh's website took so long loading on my dia-up that I gave up. Must be as full of manure as his radio show.

The other day, in the only two minutes of his show that I have heard in six months, I heard the mother of a living Marine slamming the mother of a dead one. Is this the call that is referenced?

She is correct the person is patriotic but assumed the facts wrongly.
At the time of the Twin Towers Iraq had nothing
to do with Osama Bin Laden in fact they despised
one another...the young person swallowed the bush
line and bush did not knock it down for a long
time he let it fester to the point middle and
rural America believed that Iraq had everything
to do with 9/11...that is sad...bush deceived and
the consequences of deception is loss of trust.imho

I heard the call. Absolutely right-on she was. And this is hardly a victory for Daisy. The woman was begging for her son's sacrifice to not be in vain.

And Rush Limbaugh is brilliant. The left's been trying to counter him for fifteen years, and can't do it, so they attack him. Not his news, or insights, but him. Typical.

 

Another way the left will discredit Rush is to insinuate that those who listen to Rush are to be pitied, because they just aren't very bright.

This woman thinks her son's sacrifice (he's still alive) is somehow negated by Cindy Sheehan's vigil. How absurd to think that Mrs. Sheehan's quest for answers about her son's death will render the caller's son's actions to be "in vain".

What does "sacrifice" mean in this context? What has the caller's son sacrificed? He wanted to fight for his country and he is doing exactly that. He is getting respect, honor, admiration, comraderie, a sense of righteousness and a small paycheck.

What was his purpose? If it is to avenge 9/11 as it seems to be, no amount of his mother's begging will make that valid. If it is to bring peace and stability to the region, I join his mother in begging - but does Mrs. Sheehan's vigil interfer in that?

MRS. Sheehan's flip-flopping is well documented. She is being used by the left.

And lots of folks believe there is a connection, between Iraq and 9/11, or at least to Al-Queda, including many of those serving. (My brother just re-enlisted, he believes.)

And to A-PAL, like I said, you cannot get Rush on substance, so you go after the person and his audience.
