A Hypothetical Question: If Pres Trump Loses in 2020, What Will You Do?

So what will you do if President Trump is defeated in 2020? What is the gameplan for Christian values in America then? This is purely hypothetical.

That depends on the following:

Was the election free and fair or was antifa at the polls threatening voters?

Was there widespread fraud?

Depending on the outcome of those questions my response will differ widely.

In my interpretation "Caesar" in our case in the U.S is the Constitution, and our duty is to submit to Caesar/Rule of Law.

Assuming it is free and fair with no tampering it will be a nonevent. If it is not free and fair I would expect another election immediately that IS free and fair.

I will continue living my life.

Although President Trump has generally supported policies that preserve religious freedom, I don't think he is anything close to a standard-bearer for Christian values. I am definitely no fan of President Trump, but the Democratic party has lost all sense. The Democrats certainly won't support Christian values in terms of religious freedom, abortion, and other areas.

So it's a matter of having some favorable policies versus some hostile policies, but I doubt any major swings will occur because it's fairly likely that the Senate will remain in Republican hands, no matter who wins the White House. If that's the case, I'll just expect gridlock, and I'd expect Republicans to block SCOTUS nominations, if any vacancies occur.

The coming election isn't as critical as the last election, in which a conservative SCOTUS seat was on the line, with another conservative judge about to age out (and did), in an already left-leaning court. The next couple likely seats up or grabs are liberals and replacing them with other liberals will have little impact.

The Democrats are the new NAZI party, and I'm deadly serious. They are socialists who want to take over our economy. And, they are hateful racists who see everything through their lens of identity politics. Many of their leaders are openly hostile to Christianity. Their unhinged attacks on Trump reflects a path of extreme political corruption. Think about their impeachment process in which they're trying to destroy Trump from behind closed doors and Republicans aren't allowed to examine or call witnesses.

Who, knowing the nature of Adolph Hitler, would say that people should just get a grip on move on, when Hitler came to power? Enough bad people.

I will do nothing different, my life will continue on as it always has. The nation survived Carter and Obama, and I am confident we will survive whoever gets the top job.

Jesus is Lord, not Trump.

True Christian values do not come from the government. The power of the gospel is not energized by the kingdoms of this world, but by the LORD Who rules over the heavens and the earth.

I wouldn't expect JAN to say anything else, than to defend the Democrat's secret fishing expedition against their political opponent Trump. Congress aren't prosecutors. And, up until now, Republicans haven't been able to subpoena their own witnesses, showing the lie of equating Congress with prosecutors. Also, this is not he way Republicans impeached Trump.

So, have you changed your mind in the past year?...

I am an Independent who is social conservative but for lots of government services. So, I tend to split ticket vote....The only pause I have voting for President Trump in 2020 is that I may split ticket to corral him using a Democratic House....I like President Trumps use of executive powers, except for how mean spirited he is with the bully pulpit and that he isn't more hawkish on foreign policy....I'm not a big fan of his legislative agenda.

I had time to think, which matters. StefanM's post is pretty in line with how I feel now. I wanted to honestly see if the media at FOX and to an extent CNN were right that a Trump loss would lead to civil strife. Clearly everyone here has their heads on straight. Can't trust the news too much.

I have...a B.A. in international relations. That is why I can keep up with this stuff...all the writing I have done lately on prophetic theology and bible teaching, words of wisdom, and the prophetic foreign policy stuff....I also get visions, impressions, and other prophecy....have perhaps 30,000 words written in that book of a 50,000 word goal, given the topics I have been so far led to.

I cannot stand...Trump's foreign policy, and that is the field for my professional education and skills.

So have you submitted your foreign policy work to Trump's State Dept.?
