I am already posting my notes for my Wednesday night Bible Studies,
And today, the Lord laid it upon my heart, to post my notes from my morning message from yesterday.......

July 17, 2011 -LIVING A VICTORIOUS CHRISTIAN LIFE-
=========================
GRAB YOUR BIBLES Proverbs 24:10-12
=========================
Today my message is going to be about.....STRENGTH and COURAGE!
(These two issues..are at the heart of a “Victorious Christian life”
--------------------------------------------------
Every Christian that isn’t what they are suppose to be:
Are that way because they are...”cowardly” & “weak”!
=========================
LETS READ THE TEXT Proverbs 24:10-12
=========================
=========================
V.10A “[If] thou faint”
-A MISTAKE......THAT SPOILS A CHRISTIAN’S LIFE-
(Fainting
--------------------------------------------------
Giving up....on doing the right thing:
And on.....living for the Lord!
=========================
V.10B “in the day of adversity,”
-THE TRIALS......THAT WE ALL FACE IN LIFE-
(That all of us...must learn to overcome
--------------------------------------------------
But “weak Christians”...give up:
At even the “hint” of trouble!
=========================
V.10C “thy strength [is] small.”
-A SIMPLE PROBLEM....THAT ANY CHRISTIAN CAN ADDRESS-
i.e. ("Having little faith:")
Remember......Romans 10:17
--------------------------------------------------
-REMEMBER....”THE THREE KEYS OF SPIRITUAL GROWTH”-
(1) Constant Prayer
(2) Regular Bible study
(3) Regular Church attendance:
------------------------
These will knock this problem...right between the eyes!

V.11A “If thou forbear”
-THE KIND OF MISTAKES.....WEAK CHRISTIANS MAKE-
(They hold back...from doing the right thing
“forbear” Lit. (To hold back)
--------------------
Refusing to take a stand:
Because...of the price they will have to pay:
--------------------------------------------------
-THE TRUE COST.........OF “TAKING A STAND”-
(1)You might lose some friends:
(2)You might be mocked & ridiculed :
(3)You might get.....a reputation!
------------------------
You would be surprised how many people:
Foolishly care about these things:
And would deny the Lord to avoid them!

V.11B “to deliver”
-ONE OF THE RESPONSIBILITIES....EVERY CHRISTIAN HAS-
(To care for others enough to “do something”
Just like the good Samaritan:
--------------------------------------------------
-THE WISDOM THAT IS NEEDED.....IN DEFENDING THE INNOCENT-
To know “the LORD’s will” before you act:
------------------------
It may not always be the Lord’s will:
To stop and help someone in trouble!
--------------------------------------------------
-THE WISDOM THAT IS NEEDED.....IN EVERY KIND OF MINISTRY-
The Lord may not always want us to help others:
By correcting them.
------------------------
Because some people don’t want to be corrected!

V.11C “[them that are] drawn unto death,”
-HUMAN LIFE IS PRECIOUS TO GOD........AND SHOULD BE PROTECTED-
(And He wants us to take action to deliver them
--------------------
(1) When He is enabling us to act:
(2) And when He gives us a peace about acting.
--------------------------------------------------
-LEARNING TO BE SENSITIVE.....TO GOD’S PEACE IN YOUR HEART-
(This is the first thing....young Christians should learn how to do
Qt. Col.3:15 "And let the peace of.....”
------------------------
This is the first step to learning:
To listen to the Lord’s still small voice!

V.11D “and [those that are] ready to be slain;”
-HOW COMPLICATED.......THIS ISSUE HAS GOTTEN IN THESE LAST DAYS-
(When “the Law”...is protecting killers
And allowing the innocent to be killed:
----------------------
Plus all the side issues involved:
E.G. (Catholics taking a stand against it!)
--------------------------------------------------
-ONE ACTION......THAT IS NOT COMPLICATED AT ALL-
We need to always “Take a stand”, for the “right thing”:
At any cost!

V.12A “If thou sayest,”
-THE EXCUSES THAT WILL BE MADE.........FOR NOT TAKING A STAND-
(Because people didn’t want to take the heat
For standing up for the right thing:
--------------------------------------------------
Note: There will always be “HEAT”!
=========================
V.12B “Behold, we knew it not;”
-THE FAVORITE EXCUSE.......THAT PEOPLE ARE GOING TO USE-
(“We didn’t know about it”
“Or....we would have done something:”
--------------------------------------------------
People already used this excuse today!
=========================
V.12C “doth not he that pondereth the heart consider [it]?”
-SOMETHING TO CONSIDER.....THE NEXT TIME WE NEED TO TAKE A STAND-
(The LORD is pondering our thoughts
--------------------------------------------------
And knows all the excuses we are going to make:
For not taking a stand for the right thing!
=========================
V.12D “and he that keepeth thy soul,”
-YET ANOTHER REASON.......TO ALWAYS TO THE RIGHT THING-
(Because we are in the Lord’s hands
--------------------------------------------------
He is protecting us from this same dangers:
------------------------
And might see fit to stop protecting us!
=========================
V.12E “doth [not] he know [it]?”
-WHAT GOES AROUND.....DOES COME AROUND-
(Because God is a righteous judge
--------------------------------------------------
And sometimes he allows things to happen:
To teach us a lesson!
=========================
V.12F “and shall [not] he render to [every] man according to his works?”
-THE PLACE OF GOD’S MERCY......IN ALL OF THIS-
(Regardless of what God allows to happen to you
Because you fail to do the right thing:

Remember all the sin...God has forgiven you for!
