Regardless of one's stance on the issue of abortion, including when necessary to save the life of the mother, the federal government has no Constitutional warrant to be involved in the issue. Those who want the federal government to be involved are being anti-Constitution, are not for limited government, and are certainly not minarchist(as I am). If they claim that they are for limited government, then they need to seriously rethink their stance on the size, reach, and scope of the federal government.
