My guess would be that within one week ( maybe a lot less) legal abortion would be the VERY FIRST piece of legislation passed - probababilly unanimously across the country.

Holding the view that at Christ's return, all the elect will be raised to the skies while the King comes in all night and fury to burn the earth, I agree, abortion and all other forms of evil will not cease until Christ returns.
