It seems the threat of Hillary going to jail could become an important matter to consider. Such as, how would look to the world if we are throwing our ex-presidential candidates/ex-first lady in jail?

If Trump is elected, we will have much bigger problems than Hillary Clinton.

Prepare for him to crack down on everyone who disagrees with him.

We should not be so worried what the world thinks - we need to assure Americians that criminal acts are not acceptable - and that includes Presidential candidates.

Obama will pardon her as he leaves on his lame duck flight out of Washington DC.

Oh please. That would have landed the majority of our Presidential candidates from the 20th and 21st centuries ineligible.

We all know that there are exceptions made for senators and congressmen and other elected officials when our congress to enforcing the law.

It's why so many go into public service poor and come out multimillionaires.

No, she will never be able to be charged, even if she loses, because Obama will pardon her by the day before he finally leaves office. It will cause an uproar but Democrats don't care about that.

In order to pardon her she would have to be prosecuted already wouldn't she? Trump was talking about appointing a special prosecutor after he takes office and Obama will no longer have that power..

Not necessarily, think of Ford's pardon of Nixon.

On September 8, 1974, Gerald Ford gave Nixon a full and unconditional pardon for any crimes he may have committed while President. Ford explained that he felt the pardon was in the best interests of the country and that the Nixon family's situation "is an American tragedy in which we all have played a part. It could go on and on and on, or someone must write the end to it. I have concluded that only I can do that, and if I can, I must."— Excerpted fromGerald Fordon Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia. I'm not sure. He may be able to issue a kind of de facto pardon or a conditional pardon in the event that an indictment becomes a reality.

Yeah, you don't want anyone in power who opposes sexual assault on women. You know all women secretly want to get groped and hit on by celebrities. Ted Kennedy would have enjoyed the new Republican Party.

You certainly don't want people in your party who love their country over personal gain and possess the moral ability to think for themselves instead of kneeling to the tyrant.

Oh please tell us what she was laughing about. Is that a new crime? Y'all seem to only be okay with the law when it gives you the result you want. Otherwise, y'all start coming up with these halfbaked conspiracy theories to try and support what you think is the truth. does Alex Jones have a school now?

Attorneys represent people accused of crimes. Their job is to be an advocate for the accused. If someone is not properly prosecuted and a jury is not convinced by a preponderance of the evidence, then a guilty person may walk free.

What was she laughing about? I don't know. Do you?
